I am completely satisfied with the service I received here.At every step from booking the appointment, preforming the tests and examinations, choosing my frames, receiving the finished glasses to a support follow up call I've received top of the line accommodation.The glasses were cheap, look great and came even faster then expected.My highest recommendation, garnered from a series of pleasant surprises and the hard work of everybody involved

Susan at the shop was very helpful. She even offered to fix my old glasses before I even purchased new ones from them. I ended up buying 2 new pairs with transitions for an amazing deal. The staff overall is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My experience with the Specsavers has been amazing.I was kindly greeted by the receptionist when I arrived. The wait time was short and my appointment took no longer despite of their first busy opening day. Eva has been very helpful to me and assisted me with all my questions.I was scheduled to see Dr. Keith and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely seems to care about his patients. He made sure all of my questions were answered and that I understood everything during the exam. The clinic was very busy and Charlene was actually took the time to ask if we are being helped.I love their collection of glasses too. Affordable and stylish. Thank you everyone! I’m glad I went to visit this clinic on their first day as I was able to get a great deal!

I went looking for my first pair of glasses, after three other stores with no luck finding any pair that I really liked, and I ended up being greeted by Carol. With her no pressure, take your time and caring approach the stress I had been feeling about greeting glasses seemed to almost completely disappear. Carol walked me through the pricing at Specsavers, which is very simple: the price on the glasses is how much it costs with basic frames ranging from $60-$400 choices, and then you get a SECOND pair of equal or lesser value completely free. Madison was absolutely fantastic! She took care of me & my husband with two sets of glasses each. She helped us through the process from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable & honest, genuine with a refreshingly bubbly personality that keeps you smiling. Making it a more fun experience to shop for glasses. She kindly gave 2 speck saver swishy green hearts for our kids to keep them entertained. Which the kids loved. Thank you.When we returned to pickup our new glasses, Madison remembered us & jumped in to assist us to make sure the glasses fit right. She was absolutely fantastic! I went into spec savers to look at some sunglasses. I have never purchased a pair before so Susan was very helpful at helping me chose a pair that I really like. I will definitely be back for all my eyeglasses needs. I was very impressed with the customer service I received

Went to Specsavers for a new pair of glasses, it had been 4 years since my last pair and my last eye exam. Susan took great care of me, got me in to see the doctor very quickly, helped me choose a new pair of glasses and helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses. I love both pairs! Very friendly, informative, helpful and was not pushy at all. Great experience and great price, will definitely go back!

Had a very good experience at Specsavers WEM. Ryley was very pleasant to deal with and knew the deals very well. She was able to help me find a pair of glasses suited well for me. I ended up referring family and we have all been happy with the experience. The store is very well organized and the atmosphere is very friendly. 10/10 will be back in the future-

The workers at this store are all so very kind and welcoming as soon as you enter the store! Everyone was very helpful while I was trying to find the right pair of glasses before my exam.I had an eye exam and glasses made here but unfortunately the prescription wasn't suiting my eyes, so I came back after a few weeks and Ashe helped diagnose the problem with my lenses. Ashe then got me to have my prescription rechecked and then my glasses were sent off to get fixed all free of charge! I will definitely recommend this Specsavers location to everyone!
