If I could give this location a zero I would. I took my 16 year old son in to renew his health card. The woman working behind the desk was rude, condescending and apparently had a power trip of some sort. I gave her his birth certificate, renewal form, his health card and a piece of mail as there was an address update required, thought it would be easy, it wasn't. She said she needed more ID for him, like a driver's license, when he told her that he didn't have one yet, she snarled at him You are almost 17 and don't have a license??" Then she said that she couldn't accept the piece of mail because it was a T4 and they can't accept mail that is only mailed out once per year. Since he is a minor

Nice and helping staff but for foreigner go to go to government building service can ad.

Took me less than 10 minutes from waiting on the line and getting attended to, was there to renew my health card, very friendly and amazing lady that attended to me.

I find that the staff always try their hardest to meet the community needs and breakdown barriers created by Government policiesand restrictions. Today, staff member April went above and beyond to support a community member and as a result, they were able to get their Health Card. She did this with respect and patience. Great job April!

I rode my bike here to get my first vehicle registered, plates etc. I brought my bike inside so it wouldn't get stolen put it off to the side made sure there was still room for clients to get through (wheel chairs too) then i apologized to the staff about bringing my bike in and explained that I was just worried it might get stolen they were 100% okay with it and understanding also super friendly and professional. There wasn't many clients inside, I was in and out in about 10-15minutes.5 stars from my experience.

Went in for G1 written test and they were extremely rude and horrible customer service. I would say except one lady on the front desk, everyone has an attitude problem. Do not expect any help from them. Be prepared to get insulted and harsh customer service experience. I dont know if they have anyone who is looking after these google reviews and satisfaction issues.

Was given a very difficult time at this location, regarding a simple plate transfer... In the end they refused to help me. I went to the Paris location, same paperwork and was in and out in 15 minutes with new plates. Incompetent and mean when they were wrong, instead of apologetic. Have had similar bad experiences here at the past (smells of bad management), it is more than worth the short trip to Paris for the competent friendly service.

was well addressed to replace lost health card and id. The Brantford location was well maintained and no line ups. That's a 10.... thankyou

Went at 11am on a Thursday and line up was very short. The person who served me was very courteous and efficient. Overall a great experience.
