Always had a good impression of Browns until now. We ordered a pair of boots to be picked up at this location. After being notified we can come pick it up, we open the box and notice a huge stain on one of the boots. No problem, this happens so we reorder it. But it comes in flawed again, and again. It’s now close to a month since the first pair and we still have no boots. After many trips here the 4th pair we receive are still flawed and we were offered no compensation. Overall it has been a horrible experience and I will definitely think twice before coming to this Browns store again.

I bought a bigger size, I want to change to a smaller one, but they said they have already used it, so I can't change it. I only wore it for ten minutes and found that the shoes were too big.

I am so impressed with this store. My husband and I bought a pair of boots in December and after a month there was problems with the leather. We went in last night and they gave us another one, no problem! I love the fact they had the receipt on file and the person who helped us was amazing to deal with!!!! Customer service is amazing and we will be back!!!

The best shoe store to save money! The sale staff ignore and avoid you. I actually said out loud I want to buy these shoes within ear shot of the staff, (who where all chatting at the cashier) None bothered to look at or acknowledge me. Highly recommend management either restaff or extensively train staff in customer service.

Went in today very interested in trying and buying a pair of shoes. I was trying on some displays and none of the staff acknowledged me despite the store being very quiet at the time. I asked for a size and the staff just returned saying it's not available and walked off to help another client. There was no attempt to even see what I was looking for and look for my size in another similar style. I would have liked to try on my size and order directly from the store. Since I felt like a bother for having to keep asking for my size when the staff walked away, I was frustrated and left.

I was at this location over the weekend and received the BEST customer service I have EVER received at any retailer. I felt like they really cared vs. just trying to sell something. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful but the manager, Nuri Chan, really went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I was absolutely blown away at the level of care and walked out of the store speechless and with a huge smile on my face. This location is not the closest one to me but I would gladly go out of my way to visit this store because of Nuri and his wonderful team.

Hello I wanted to share my experience with the managerial staff at Browns Shoes in the Richmond Centre store BC .Kyleen Erica not only went out of her way to answer my concerns I had but also solve them the best to her ability. A very professional/patient and friendly member of Browns management staff she also took the time in a busy store and kept me informed about my situation throughout the entire process while still maintaining the integrity and quality care for all other customers .Thank you ,January 4th 2023

The staff at this Brown's shoes in Richmond Center is by far a 5 Star. I have never had a bad experience in this store and will go out of my way to shop at this particular store.
