Excellent service !

Very good customer experience when buying a new or used car. The financing people are very good at getting the best option for you and they work very hard to get it approved.However,Bad servicing experience, the appointment was mixed up and they did not call me when I did not show up, even though I could have made it. They did not confirm the servicing appointment.

Bought a used VW gold in Dec, it appear transmission error on dashboard when i drive back to Montreal. I email to the sales, he told me it's just a notice will be disappear soon. After 15 days, still has transmission error, the sales told me It's over 15 days, The warranty company said the problem happen before 15days, I need contact with Levis Subaru. But After I Told Levis Subaru, The Sales Never reply my email again!!!!!!!!Still did not received any response since the owner reply me.

Excellent service

Bought a used Impreza from them in the fall, and it came with all sorts of guarantees about being well-inspected and everything but I had to spend over $2500 in repairs in the first six months or so. Some were quite significant changes, like replacing the A/C compressor. I returned twice for the same engine noise issue with a different diagnosis both times. Even after all the time I've spent there, the issue is still clearly not fixed and new problems have come up in recent weeks, including with major components like the brakes - which will need replacing - and exhaust. So while the staff has been mostly nice and everything, I don't have much faith in their inspections for used cars or in their servicing.Edit: I'm revising this down to 1 star because Levis Subaru left a comment on this review saying I should get in touch with them to figure something out but after trying multiple times and leaving messages I haven't heard back from them.

I recently purchased a car from this dealer and was extremely disappointed with their after-sales service. The car was delivered without a complete inspection and repairs I have asked for were not completed. I later discovered that the air conditioning was not working and surprisingly found rust on the door handle. I was sold the car in winter so I didn’t realize all this and the AC problem until it was too late. Now they refuse to repair as the 1 month guarantee is over by 2weeks and the extended guarantee they sold me doesn’t cover. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone due to their lack of honesty and poor customer service.

Came from Ontario for a SUV after these guys assured me multiple times there was minimal rust and it was in great condition. They refused or ignored requests for closer pics under the hood or underneath. When I arrived, the SUV had significant rust all around the underside. They knew I was coming from Ontario and wasted my time. Avoid this dealership.
