I would have to agree with the majority of 5 star reviews. I had most of my interactions with Sammi. She is kind, patient, thoughtful and knows her stuff from fitting & measurements to her delivery. Her manager Bella and another assistant Susan were kind and helpful as well.

I recently went on a trip where I had an encounter with a monkey that grabbed my glasses and chewed on my frames. I stopped in today and received awesome help from Marnie, I was able to walk out with glasses that are wearable again! Marnie and the other ladies here are always so kind, patient and helpful. They always create such a fun and hospitable experience no matter what you’re in for!

I dropped in to Optiks International hoping that I could have someone adjust my wonky prescription glasses. Even though I’m an out of town visitor and didn’t buy my glasses there, Elisa fixed them for me. She was not only accommodating, she was very pleasant. When done, she ensured that they were straight and that they no longer dug into my skull. Thank you Elisa.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Their selection is great. As much as buying glasses isn't normally a hassle, it definitely wasn't a hassle here. I've tried getting glasses online and it's just so much easier going to a store like Optiks International and getting the help of a real person to take measurements and try on in person. Marnie's assistance was well appreciated!

This was my first time here, and I was really impressed by the customer service! There was also a wide selection of frames to try on.Kim helped us right away and was great at finding frames that suited my face, would be appropriate for my prescription, and went with my style preference!Kim was amazing and I had such a great time finding a new pair of frames! I can't wait until I get them!

We dealt with the manager,Michelle. She was outstanding. She explained everything to us so well. She worked hard to help us find glasses that fit our budget.I cannot say how pleased I was. If you ever need glasses this is the place you want to come. What fantastic customer service. Felt like I was glasses shopping with a friend.

Megan G was very friendly, and very helpful in finding myself a new pair of glasses. She was honest about what styles worked, and also gave suggestions in the type of fit that would work best for me.She also fixed my current glasses until the new ones come in. This is the place to go if you want a good deal on new glasses, and staff that care about making you happy.

I had an amazing experience with Megan. She was so patient, thorough, and she gave me the space to look and discover on my own. She wasn't hounding me to make a sale. She knew exactly when to check in and she provided wonderful advice and feedback. And she has a wonderful sense of humour. It's a shame that I'll have to wait another 2 years to get a new pair of glasses (thanks benefits :)).

We came to Optiks International for a couple of new frames and David, the store associate, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choices. He brought a beautiful array of frames for me to choose from and sat with us until I had my final two. Thank you for all your help, David! We will definitely be back!

It was just fantastic! Marnie helped my me find frames that suited my pop bottle type prescription in no time. Explaining what to look for and why in the way of frames. Really must say I’m thrilled with my new glasses. Thank you Marnie for all your help!
