Parking lot in specific is very dangerous and sketchy. No blockade or railing etc, just right through the parking lot. So be careful and watch when backing out.Service on the other hand is never an issue. The store is mostly clean (I've seen some spills at times though). Quite spacious in the dining area and store entrances. But the order and register area is cluttered. It's wonky with just a big open space. They should have lanes or lines for people instead. It can get confusing at times.Food rarely gets messed up here compared to other locations and is always tasty.

Appreciate the consistency of the McDonald’s food. Appreciate the atmosphere when dining in.However, literally 9/10 times we either pick up/drive-through/order online for delivery, the order always comes out wrong. Missing a Happy meal last time. Ended up with 1 hungry kid. Missing 5 dipping sauces tied to 3 meals this time. Missed nuggets two orders ago. They’re always happy to correct after the fact. But always necessitates going back. Which is a PITA for a family of six.Recommend either using a different location or being onsite and ensuring your order is 100% accurate BEFORE driving away. Too bad this is the most convenient location for us.

The one clerk does a very good job remembers what my order is every time. I walk into the door but the young kid does not pay Attention to detail and gets my orders wrong the button. On the bathroom door does not work from the inside needs to be fixed.

April 20, 2023. 04:30 pm.I wish I grabbed the managers name but they were so busy. I had left my home 4 am for work today and this was the first time I ate for the day. I walked in, ordered on the self serve machines, took a seat and was patiently waiting. Within 2 minutes the manager, yellow shirt came up to me and asked my order number. I was brought my drink as my food wasn’t ready yet. I was so pleased with this service, I felt cared for after such a long day. I usually don’t get service like this at a McDonald’s. it was refreshing.Sincerely,The lady contractor in orange,Thank you.

Great service, TERRIBLE FOOD. The nuggets I got were SO dry and were weirdly small... They were SO thin and gross. They seemed like they've been under a heater for 2 days and were super old. Completely inedible garbage. The other food was fine but the nuggets started making me feel sick and I will not be returning to this location.

They made a mistake..I ordered a large mocha. They put up a med hot chocolate. The young woman didn't apologize. On the contrary she implied I was lying to scam them for a better drink. She drops the large mocha on counter and spins around without a word. Hey..you have a nice day McDonald's!

So this is the third negative review from this restaurant. Its the last and final im done with this location. Apes could provide better quality food. Nothing but burnt beyond belief, less than ordered nuggets, and $5 hot fudge sundays with less than a teaspoon of fudge. This place is a rip off and whoever is managing has an EXTREMELY poor expectations for quality. Get your head out of your a$$ and do your job. You can bet i am contacting head office about this location. Enough is enough. I even asked for extra fudge..... What a joke. Honestly....

Great management and staff. The restaurant was extremely clean and pleasant to eat at. Keep up the good work. We as customers really appreciate a fantastic McDonald's to go to.
