Well for one, their ad says we will get back to you soon or within a few hours. Well that never happened. Two when they did after I complained, they had gotten all the wrong information, and I complained again. Three, again a couple of days later another person tried and still couldn’t comprehend what I wanted and finally when they did get back later again. The answer was we are sorry but we can’t help you. They did not read anything that I wrote down. They were on planet Neptune .

Cannot express how disappointed I am with this law firm.After months of me carefully putting my documents together, my case was bungled up and destroyed thanks to their team.My lawyer Xuzhi Liang met me for the first time just a few hours before my hearing when she had more than a month to meet and prepare me. Everything was done last minute and goofed up. No organization or professionalism. In court, she was confused about the evidence herself.They misrepresent and lie about your chance of winning and legal fees to get you to sign with them and pay them a 2500$ deposit. Next day, however, after signing and paying, they tell you you have no case and charge you more than what you might even win from the case. The invoices are sent last minute for formidable amounts. No checks are put in place to even ask the client if they feel comfortable to move forward before billing them.Be ready to be charged for even meeting and greeting your lawyer for the first time and saying “hi”. They charge to just say hello and ask a 2500$ deposit.On top of this, they are incompetent with computer softwares and even charge you for their IT staff to open your files. They still charge you even when the IT staff is eventually incapable of opening it.Lawyer speaks French, yet asks you to hire your own interpreter separately at your own cost. They are just out to fleece you.Incurring legal fees worth 7000$ for just meeting and preparing one day before, hearing abusive language, zero preparation and a postponement in hearing. Did not expect this from such a big firm.

Went to consult with MAITRE Tamburro and it was a complete waste of time! At &465 an hour and a retainer of $5000, for him to say the “completely wrong advice” on what we should have done, is NOT worth having him represent me. Went to another attorney who knew EXACTLY what to do and half the cost! Beware of this attorney at this firm!

I hired a junior lawyer for a simple issue. He was quite good and responsive. Unfortunately he departed the firm and I was transferred to another lawyer, without anyone informing me that she charged 2x as much. Luckily, I asked right away then requested to be transferred to a more junior person. But you shouldn't have to ask. After that the new lawyer ignored my e-mails and calls for a week, while my case urgently needed attention. I wrote to say I was finding new representation and a partner called asking me to come meet her in person. It didn't seem to occur to anyone that I might work full time and not be happy to take a vacation day to go give advice about professionalism? Overall I didn't feel that the firm has a culture that respects clients' time and money, at least not clients with small cases.

RECEPTIONIST WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON MY FACE. AFTER I TOLD HER FRENCH IS MY SECOND LANGUAGE AND I ONLY HAD ONE QUESTION TO ASK. WHY BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AND PAY $100 JUST FOR 1 QUESTION? AGAIN, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY DISRESPECTFUL, LOST A POTENTIAL CLIENT.

I have dealt with them on the acquisition of my franchise on numerous occasions. I have always enjoyed there knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely be working with them again and would recommend them to all my friends and family!

--given the wrong information and the run-around-- was charged 1 hr for a rushed half an hour--spoken down to-- never got a call-back on questions......basically, my brief experience with this place was enough to put me off forever.Gone are the glory days when one introductory consultation opened a door to further services. Now, you must throw down a thousand dollars minimum without knowing the lawyer from a bar of soap- with no guarantee that you'll get anything in return other than a courtesy chocolate and the run-around.And if you don't throw down that 2 grand or whatever--- they'll take whatever money you have and send you on a wild goose chase somewhere, hoping you won't come back with a one-star google review. But -looks like they don't care about that either....because here it comes folks-----their apparent heartfelt response when they don't really care about delivering quality service.PS. many negative reviews about this place if one were to discount the paid-for-google review--saying go elsewhere"

My friend was very unfortunate to go to this law firm with lawyers such as Xuzhi Liang and Shanelle Turpin. He paid a lot of money and got nothing out of it. The lawyer was not at all focused on the case, she didn’t even know about the evidence, that too on the day of the hearing. She lied and fleeced us all along.The firm has fraudulently charged more than 7000$ in fees and is now even charging interest to bull doze and threaten to pay back.Totally unprofessional!! I don’t recommend this law firm to anyone.

Worse law firm.. they will drain you of everything…
