Terrible customer service. I asked the employee can I use the trail room she said it’s locked so I just asked I just need to try on without my hoodie. So she was teaching me how to layer our clothes under the jacket.

On Wednesday, 29th March 2023, my spouse and I visited Mountain Warehouse at Square One around 7:30 pm. While we were browsing the store, we noticed that one of the staff members, an Indian boy, was staring at us in a very negative and uncomfortable manner. This behavior made us feel unwelcome and uneasy in the store.We are frequent customers at Mountain Warehouse and came to buy a jacket for my wife, but due to the staff member's strange behavior, we decided to leave immediately. We were disappointed by this experience, as it is important to feel comfortable and welcomed while shopping.We believe that such behavior from staff members can make the shopping experience worst and we hope that Mountain Warehouse takes appropriate measures to ensure that all their staff members provide a welcoming and professional environment for their customers.Overall, we did not have a pleasant shopping experience at Mountain Warehouse at Square One due to the negative behavior of one of their staff members, and we may hesitate to return in the future if such behavior persists.

This is one of the centrally located and easily accessible centers of MW. I've walked into this store in square one Mississauga to find most of the products of my liking. If they are not available right away the team helps order online for home delivery.There are on and off deals which I would definitely recommend to checkout.

Amazing collection especially for kids. Loved the staff. They provide you with the best service. Helped us in getting what we wanted. Must visit.

The worst quality shoes and spring jacket i had purchased ever.Moreover the lady at the counter was so rude.Did not cover the purchase in warranty and expect us to buy the same stuff for full price.Will never ever buy from this square one outlet for sure.Thanks for your rudeness. I wish i can give ZERO rating

What an amazing experience bringing my daughter here! The staff member that is viewed in the pictures was so helpful and connected with my daughter while I was looking around. Ended up picking up some goodies and we will definitely be back for more. As a matter of fact, we forgot our water bottle on the counter and when I came back 20 minutes later the girl was standing there with a smile holding it!

One of my favorite clothing and camping/ outdoors gear stores. A bit of a small selection particularly in this store, really I guess it's a common size. Very seasonal selection on the apparel, wish they had a bit more summer stuff (well, button up, and other shirts), when around Christmas shopping time, instead of 400 variations of jackets.Good quality shirts, spring/ fall jackets, walking/ hiking sticks, backpacks, shoes (a fabric eyelet for laces on one of my shoes ripped off within a month though). Great prices when things are on sale.

We visited the Mountain Warehouse outlet in SquareOne mall on 14/March/2023 around 6:30 pm and unfortunately, we had a very bad customer experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff were not interested in helping us. We had to approach lady staff working on that day to ask for assistance, and even then, they seemed annoyed at our request.I went with my family including toddler-age twins. While we were selecting jackets, kids were playing (that’s what 3-year-old kids do). That rude lady asked us to leave the store as the kids were playing. Seeing her behavior we were about to leave the store. Since we promised our son about buying a new snowsuit, he started crying in the store and hesitant to leave immediately. That rude lady again asked to take the kid out immediately otherwise she will call security.We planned to buy jackets for the entire family and because of her rude behavior, we spend around 500 CAD in a different shop.This is an example, single employee behavior can spoil the entire company’s reputation. We feel that lady is racist and we won’t visit the store anymore.The lack of customer service and poor organization of the store made for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping trip. We hope that the management of the store will take steps to improve the quality of service they provide to their customers in the future and take action against that racist lady.Note: If this outlet has CCTV recording, you can see the entire incident at above mentioned time.

Great place for buying adventure equipment and clothing.

Their return policy is an absolute joke!! The tattooed lady at the counter was unbelievably rude and condescending !! Avoid this store and brand at all costs!!!Bought a down feather jacket a few weeks ago,which started shedding feathers on a daily basis.Went back to the store today and the employee at the entrance examined it & said if you're not happy you can just return it at the counter.However, the lady at the counter was extremely rude for no reason & started making lame excuses like, in Canada stores don't accept returns if the tags are removed or even if you wear it once, irrespective of whether you're happy with the product or not !!Any half decent company stands by its products & readily accepts returns ....see North face's return policy for example……She told us to google & learn more about how down jackets work and how stores work here in Canada !!When I said not all stores refuse returns due to detached tags, she started arguing with me & told me to have a good night!! It's Unbelievable how Mountain warehouse employs such people in any role let alone in a customer service centric one !!
