To the employee who complained about unfair reviews.Life isn't fair ( just ask those 30,000 kids who die every day from preventable hunger and disease due only to a lack of money) , and one cannot please all of the people all of the time.You think you were unfairly depicted, while that conclusion is based on SUBJECTIVE interpretation of the facts. And no, google should not censor people because you don't like the opinions of others.

this place needs an audit, standing in line forever just waiting to post one package, guy in back refusing to come out and help.

Can't belive I'm reviewing a post office, but service is so consistently poor; rude and inconsistent policies (regarding post).

Worst and unfriendly staff.Staff is really rude and unfriendly here. Do not select this post office for any deliveries or pick-ups.Went to collect my US Visa stamped passport but these guys sent be back home stating I do not have a valid ID card even after showing them my health card. I had to bring in my bank statements for getting my passport.

The same day my flight was, was the day my passport expired. The staff were amazing. Sympathized, worked diligently to make an effort to make sure I got my passport the same day! Amazing!!

I tried to give this place two chances and each experience was progressively unpleasant... but this one beats the last. The female teller there is so rude. I feel belittled and treated like a criminal at every interaction. I was asked to take my mask off to compare my face to the ID, which I understood. She then proceeded to scrutinize my features, comparing it so closely to my picture on the ID. She then questioned things that had nothing to do with the service I was in for. Her male associate had to get involved and we noticed there was an error that could not allow me to proceed. The female employee than added that my face didn't match the ID either. Excuse me? Not even flights check your passport as hard as I got my ID analyzed. It was humiliating and her associate proceeded to continue and try to give me tips on how to handle my situation as I left the office fuming from the mistreatment. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone - please take whatever detour you must to avoid this pathetic Canada Post location.

Rep was not helpful. Very poor customer service. Did not provide all info regarding postage. Told me to contact Amazon if i had a problem with the packaging then stated after returning 30 minuets later that I should know how to read. Very unprofessional. He also allowed more then 3 people in the office at once due along with an elderly lady who was not wearing a mask at all. Due to COVID this should have been enforced. I would strongly suggest management look into this.

staff made a mistake and sent my package back to my place instead of its destination. They did not provide me with the sticker to write the address on, and told me to write on the box, so I did. If they read more carefully, the mistake would not happen.. I went to the postal office again a day later, they are unwilling to give me refunds so I had to pay again for the shipping. Staffs are not helpful AT ALL, do not recommend, will not visit ever again. :)

If I can I would give 0 star. I was here to get my us visa paasport, and the clerk attitude is really rude, and finally he refused to give me the package because the address didn't have the apt number but my ID has, even though I showed him all the emails etc.. please try not to have your passport diverted to this address
