Awesome place has a lot to offerThis place has amazing household products and also food ingredients.It’s located on main Bloor street and has a beautiful decor.The restaurant is usually full and has a Cool collection of food options available.We also get to see amazing decorations here that can be also taken home if it’s available.This place has 2 floors with vibrant colours and I think you should definitely take sometime to see things around here.Besides food it’s vegetables and fruits with fresh bread and meat available here

Friendly staff, good beauty section including luxury brand makeup and perfumes. I thought the shoe department could’ve had more brands / selection for a luxury department store in Toronto but otherwise our experience was good. They had beautiful Christmas decorations up everywhere.

The ladies are very nice and helpful in the make-up department at the Bloor location. When I go into Holt's, I am a customer that knows what I want. I do to the department that I am interested in, ask for a particular item, and the staff always gives good service. If they don't have what I am looking for, I will come back another time because of the service.

A fancy spot for high end brands lovers. Holt Renfrew is home for all expensive brands such Dior, Louis Vitton, Gucci and many other brands from the same category. If you wanna spoil someone with an expensive gift then this is the place to go!

Absolutely horrible! Absolutely no customer service as the sales associates on the floor run away from customers. We were looking to do an exchange and return and was directed to 7 different people on multiple floors. There is zero communication within the internal team and inventory online doesn’t reflect accurately with in-store stock. We are very dissatisfied with your service.

Hi, I just wanted to put a review out there for everyone to know. I attended this year’s Fleurs De Ville event and was really impressed. This was my second year attending it.Last year it was in August and I went with two other friends. It was fun. If I remember correctly there were 25 installations.This year there were 40 installations!! I attended with a friend this year. We took lots of photos. I was really impressed and inspired by the creativity and design of the florists. I would like to note that there were 2 interesting installations this year.The first one was the 360 degrees motion video by the Ella Fitzgerald mannequin. It was a neat experience. We had a video taken in motion with one of Ella’s songs. I received this video promptly within 1-2 days via my email.The second installation was on the Concourse Level of Holt Renfrew in the perfume section. There was a big lovely installation of a heart made of flowers. There was a free photo shoot on site. My friend and I took photos digitally there. We gave our email addresses and was told that we would receive on the following Tuesday the photos by email. That would of been on Tues. May 10th. We were there on Sat. May 7th. To date, we have not received the photos. Today is Sunday, May 15th.Could someone please respond back to me about this? My friend also tried reaching out. It has been a bit disappointing and frustrating. I did not expect a company so big and well known to “drop the ball”. I have attached also some photos on that day.

Beautiful store with exceptional customer service. While I did not purchase everything the store layout was amazing and there was enough clothes for everyone to find something they like. That have a wide selection of countless brands and many fun and unique display pieces. Overall would recommend
