I went in this evening. Ordered 2 Big Macs no pickles. 2 cheeseburgers no pickles. I am severely allergic to pickles. I waited 30 mins parked for my food. I had asked the lady for Mayo packs 4 to be specific. When I get my bag. I find no Mayo packs. When I went inside to let them know they were saying it’s 50c. I had let them know that I mentioned it in the drive thru so they must have charged me. Turned out the girl did not charge me for the mayos. They repeated my order inside and mentioned the 2 cheeseburgers no pickles right. I said yes. When I get home I find PICKLES on my cheeseburgers when I stated “NO PICKLES”. I tried to call no answer. Now I have to throw away 2 cheeseburgers and wasted my money. Ridiculous

The place is nice and clean, however the staff are rude. They got my order wrong and when asked for the correct order to be fixed, they rolled their eyes before helping me out.

Worst service I have ever experienced before at a McDonald's. I waited 20 minutes just to receive a big Mac. They also gave me a strawberry smoothie which I did not order so I had to wait another 20 minutes just for my ice cream cone. They also touch the food without any gloves. Would not recommend this location ever again

Disgusting fries and chicken nuggets. Very bad customer service also. Please don’t waste your time and money here. There are far better locations than this one.

This location of McDonald's is extremely busy. You will always be in a line if you opting for a drive through. The staff is trying their level best to cope up with the orders but as the location is in core area so it's usually always busy. The staff is very courteous and supportive and always ready to assist you inspite of its being very busy. Service is great as always.Keep it up.

Worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Takes them 1 hr to take the order. Another hour to make it. Then the order is wrong.I asked for iced cofee black. First it was black with sugar. Then black with no ice. Like wth ot was as simple of an order as it could get.

Downright lied to us when we asked for our food fresh saying yes it was fresh. It was not because it came out in seconds and it was stone cold. They also need to be educated on the difference between chicken and beef! When the packaging itself says Chicken Big Mac, there shouldn't be a beef Big Mac inside! No receipt either for a $50+ order.

EXTREMELY BUSY LOCATION & VERY UNDERSTAFFED.Placed 2 breakfast orders on a Saturday. The kiosk did not have paper so we did not get our order number. Three of the 4 kiosks were working and turns out none of the working kiosks have paper. When I spoke to the staff, it is apparently a known issue so it’s strange the problem has not been fixed on a single machine. This problem causes delays and congestion at the counter because the items ordered is not always called out with the order number.Between the massive line up of drive through orders, delivery orders, and kiosk orders, there were not enough staff to take orders at the cashier counter. This caused a few customers to loose their cool and start yelling at the staff voicing their frustration.We felt bad for the staff because it’s not their fault. We patiently waited almost an hour for both our orders which is the opposite of fast food. In addition, the food is not consistent with the taste and quality of other locations. The hash browns are dry and not crispy and the breakfast sandwiches didn’t taste the same as other locations. It was a disappointing experience as I am sure the team was doing their best, they just couldn’t handle the volume of orders.If you’re thinking of getting food from this location, I would not recommend it unless you have plenty of patience, time and want to eat subpar food.

I would give a 0 star if I could. Rude staff. Have no understanding at all of what customer service is. Now finding out I did not get what I paid for and now I have a very upset child after she just had a big exciting day, ruined. After calling to let them know, Not one bit of I'm sorry that was missed form your meal

Great staff and very courteous. Food is by standards. My kids enjoyed the special treats by branch manager too. Only yellow flag is locked restroom and kids play area. Branch manager has to unlock restroom when requested. Kids play area is closed for no apparent reason or some unknown maintenance. Anyway, once they open kids area I will surely visit again.
