Shoutout to Linden and everyone else at Pickering Auto Lab. Highly knowledgeable and great staff!Recently purchased a 440i and had the CEL appear. Was worried and wanted to have to looked at asap, so I called a few shops. They all said I need to replace the downpipe once I told them what the code was, and didn’t even want to bother seeing the car in person.I called Pickering Auto Lab, they said drop the car of next time there open, and we’ll run diagnostics on it. They did and were able to find the problem within a few hours, and the car was ready to go by the end of the day. I did not need expensive new downpipes as the other shops said.Great service, great price, would highly recommend anyone looking to have work on there European car done to come here. You won’t regret it.

Hands down the best shop I've been to. They always do great work and provide amazing customer service.Been going here for years, but I had to replace my alternator at a dealer while out of town and an engine light popped up when on the road back. Took it to Pickering Auto Lab when I got home - they immediately found the issue, and were super generous and fixed it free of charge.Couldn't recommend them more. Amazing experience with this shop. Had a slow leak in my BMW X6 tire and they got me in right away and fixed it. It was a small piece of a razor blade stuck in the tire that they took out and patched. Definitely coming back for all my car needs. Highly recommend, professional service and great customer service

Talk about Outstanding Service. I was in the process of purchasing a used Audi R8, and Saif, took a phone call from me and spent over 20 min to explain to me, the things to look out for and the reality of owning a vehicle of this calibre. After purchasing the vehicle, I brought it in for a thorough inspection, which revealed some issues under the hood that the dealership neglected to fix. Saif helped me to fight for the dealership to do the right thing, which resulted in the dealership assuming over $5,000 worth of repairs on my Audi R8, free of charge. I'm so thankful to the knowledge base and experience of the team that works here, and I'm able to be rest assured that I'm in the right hands everytime I come here. From what Ive experienced, the team is transparent about prices, the fixes that need to be done and overall honest. I trust this shop with one of my valued assets!

Another satisfying experience. I had bought winter tires from here last year and now bought new Pirelli P zero tires for the summer on my Model S. Best prices in the GTA. It’s definitely worth the drive to come here

I have been taking my cars to this place for about 3 years and am very happy the way they take care of me. They have the best mechanics and staff, and the management is amazing. I recently had car trouble and they fixed my car by trouble shooting a problem that was difficult to locate. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out promptly as always and their charges are way reasonable compared to a dealership. Got to be one of the worst shops to bring your car into! Came in for a oil changeon my Audi A4, they put the incorrect grade of oil so they had to drain it and refill it, not a big deal. Months later, I had them work replace the battery and alternator. My car stalled as I was driving home only an hour from the shop after. Lindon the receptionist at the front desk and also the General Manager, said there could be a number of problems but ultimately tried to deflect the problem and claimed that there was possibly another underlying issue with the car and not the repair their shop had just completed. Finally, the battery and alternator was properly and we found error was loose connection to the battery(that they just worked on, surprise). Also I found Lindon extremely difficult to work with, he's very condescending and got a smug bravado when he is faced with any inquiry regarding a possibility of a mistake they might of made. I will not be going back and hope this helps in search of a trustworthy, responsible and reliable auto shop, you'll certainly not find it at Pickering auto lab.

First off I want to state I have never been a client. On my way to an appointment I ran over a socket screw and it was lodged in my tire. I first went to Mr. Transmission which was near by. They were swamped and suggested I go next door to Pickering Auto Lab. They as well were busy, but they said they'd squeeze me in. I live within walking distance so I gave them my keys and walked home. In about two hours they called and said they patched my tires. When I came to pick up the vehicle they said it was on the house. Wow what superior service. Needless to say they earned a future customer. Right then I booked an appointment to have this vehicle detailed. I greatly appreciate the service. The staff were very friendly and the shop looked clean. Thanks again gentleman I will be back.

Best service in the GTA I came in for a diagnostic after going to 2 other shops who could not find the issue and within 45minutes they were able to fix the problem. To make things better they did not charge me single penny. This is not a payed review and I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here for anything even if you love far.
