Excellent customer service. Had a small problem and they solved it no questions asked! Every time I go to Barrie I stop in, great selection and am a big fan of their used Warhammer selection. Highly recommend.

Amazing little shop. Especially good for Sealed pokemon products and Warhammer products. The gentleman who was there boxing day was very nice and helpful for my purchase. Only thing that could improve is the board game selection as I'm an avid boardgamer.

Recently got into war gaming and found labyrinth. I was brand new to it all and the worker there Richard walked us thru how to play and covered any rules we needed clearing up. It’s a cool spot

I have been going to the store many times a week for a few years now and I have to say the gaming environment is amazing. Richard is fantastic! Super friendly and easy to talk and always willing to give any tips or tricks about almost any hobby you can think of! He is always super welcoming and more than happy to take the time out of his day to sit down and teach you the crazy rules of battle tech with his demo armies or talk strategy for warhammer. The D&D games that he runs is always a blast for veteran players and new players alike and his table top campaigns always have an insane amount of effort put into them with his terrain and narrative! Over all a great place to stop in and learn or play any hobby you can think of!

I am so glad I found this store! I have recently gotten into 3d printing and painting figures. This hobby can be intimidating at first... so many options, techniques and best practices. I met Richard behind the counter and he has a WEALTH of information, explains things simply and, most importantly in my opinion, is happy to help. He is an excellent ambassador for tabletop gaming and all the tertiary skills that come along with the hobby. It's very reassuring that if I ever don't know what to do next, Richard is a phone call or visit away. Also, the store itself is fantastic. Great selection of products

A couple days ago, i had come to the store looking for a gift for my boyfriend and I didn't really know what i was looking for. Richard helped me out tremendously and made sure that I wasn't completely lost. He provided great support and customer service and really seemed like he had a passion for this particular hobby.

Was curious about warhammer 40K, the gentleman at the front counter was quick to show me all.about them, from factions and different models, to paint tips and even offering to help me learn. Easily one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had, the place has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are glad to help you understand more about your game of interest. Pricing is amazing too! The place doesn't have as extensive collection of product like other shops, but the aforementioned definitely more than makes up for it. Plus if you cant see it, they can order it for you.It may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's well worth the visit! A cut far above other hobby and game stores in the area!
