Cannot recommend them enough! Not only were they quick to reply, easy to work with, and accommodated all our needs, but also were very thorough, detail-oriented, and work quickly (10 days from production approval to having the product!). One of the best companies I've worked with by far!

I put in a custom order for a sign and I was very impressed by how quickly they got back to me to talk about the details of the design. The communication has been great and I have been very happy with the service so far.

We were scammed as customers out of $399. We decided to buy a neon sign online at Lights or Neon and were given great service and communication until our money went through and when it did, nothing. We were told 5 days from our money being automatically deposited we would get our sign, by a sales rep we were in contact with, that was over 3 weeks ago. We have heard nothing and have contacted, left messages and texts to multiple people and numbers. Furthermore, the address they put themselves under is a complete different company, the one at the 1601 number is ‘top tech factory’ (this is the company and email our money was deposited to right away when we ordered) and has nothing to do with this business and when we went in person it was open but all locked up, no one answering and they do not even have a legitimate store front for the neon lights company. Please use caution when dealing with this company or don’t at all.
