Annette has been treating my son since he was a newborn. He was very tense and gassy, but has been getting better each time we see her. She has been extremely helpful by going out of her way to send us emails with exercises to aid in our son’s healing! We love visiting Heal and would highly recommend it!

Venessa is an amazing physio therapist. Very patient and explains everything and showed exercises that work. Does more manual manipulation over machines. I have felt much better and can finally say I no longer have chronic pain. She also set me up with Lauren who also is an amazing chiropractor. I needed a lot of re alignment from having poor posture. Both Vanessa and Lauren worked together in coordinating my treatment plan. I had multiple injuries which needed to be looked after. Heal Health and performance has an excellent team. They coordinate well together to get their patience the best care.

Recently had surgery on my ankle to repair a torn ligament and got my cast off yesterday.I lined up a series of physio appointments with Vanessa Longo who I trust dearly in making the right decisions when it comes to setting up a plan to get me feeling my optimal self.Was feeling a bit down to be honest before my appointment but after seeing Vanessa I felt reassured with her treatment and what she explained would be our plan to get me back to where I want to be!Thanks Vanessa you are amazing!

Dr. Dana is simply the best chiropractor I've ever been to. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I knew I was in good hands. She's an excellent listener, taking the time to understand my issues and concerns before tailoring her treatment to my specific needs. Vanessa is so amazing. She’s calm and gentle and really knows what she’s doing. Her expertise really shows when she’s explaining what is going on; what the pain is coming from. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years and she never disappoints. She knows my history and always remembers what we’ve worked on in previous sessions. I often go in with headaches and she alleviates the pressure and I leave with a lessened pain level. She’s also so great at taping!! We love that tape!Thanks for always helping, Vanessa!

I am extremely grateful that I have found Heal Health & Performance. I initially went for physiotherapy to treat a back injury, but soon discovered the many other treatments they offer. My injury was treated and healed over time, but I have continued to go to the clinic for ongoing treatment and maintenance. If you are athletic and want to get the most out of your self and help maintain your mobility and flexibility, the staff here will do that and more. They are extremely knowledgable and take the time to consider your personal situation in order to deliver the best feedback and exercises suited to you. Hands down the best clinic I have ever been to.

I absolutely love this place. The massage is so deep and relaxing. Both massage therapist are very experienced and knowledgeable.I love the team of Chiropractors and physio therapist. They are all connected to each other and work Side by side with their patients.So many services under one roof. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have tried a few other physio therapist but this one was the best. I had knee problems and she worked to give me movement back treating not just the knee but connecting muscles as well. Very handsome on and involved. Highly recommend to anyone

I have been using Heal clinic, for over a year now, for massage therapy, physio, and chiro. The staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The clinic itself is modern and gorgeous. My three practitioners brought me back from a world of pain. HIGHLY recommend.
