Service was good but inventory is not great, if you want selection, need to order online like most places these days

I can’t believe how bad the customer service at the print shop is but all the negative reviews make so much sense to me now! Writing my first ever google review because I have had multiple bad experiences with them. They are rude and nothing is ever ready on time, plus they blame each other for not having it ready, I can sense the negative energy from the entire print staff towards customers and each other. However, the new employee “Mark” was very sweet when I went in. I only know he is new because the next day I went to pick up my order (being told it would be ready by noon the night before and a note being put on my file) the other print employee who I spoke with when I went in for pick up blamed mark for it not being prepped correctly saying “sorry the guy who took your order was very green” green or not this was the best print employee I have deal with.

Went to staples for passport photos for myself and 3 kids. We're in and out in 20 mins. Fast and Great Service. All the associates were pleasant and helpful when I had a question.

Sales rep was very pleasant but did not listen to the question nor understood the difference between a mono and stereo cable in a tech store

I can never find anyone in there to answer my questions! Management needs to hire more staff. Staff range from super helpful to completely uninformed and unhelpful! I rarely buy anything at Staples anymore and this place reinforces that decision. If I'm going to a bricks and mortar location it's because I need a human to interact with and assist me!

It has to be seen to be believed....no organization, no training, and wait times of up to an hour in a line up that has no direction for the print section. In detail, I was in line for an hour with a staff member telling me they didn't know what to do..that he didn't have the training and to wait in line in a specific spot. I asked what about the other people behind me

There was a mix-up on my original order, but they made it all good. I'm very happy with the service and the staff were great

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because of the kindness of one of the managers. The experience though now resolved through higher channels. Staples as a company is great and did fix what was one of the worst i have ever had as far as customer care. At least one of the sales people and one of the supervisors were awful. Since it's too much to type and it is now resolved. I do so hope that going forward after my complaint that the service improved and that the people/ person was reprimanded.
