This is the best place in Calgary if you want crystals, sages and other smudging stuff, incense, tarot cards. Elena is super amazing and so so helpful. My go to place for years.

This is an absolute gem of a Crystal store. Set up like a wholesaler open to the public, this shop has an immense amount of crystals and gems at incredibly competitive prices. They do an excellent job of labelling their artificially enhanced or man made crystals as such. Wonderful collection of both common and rare specimens, show pieces, carvings, etc. The staff were very friendly and able to keep up with the large rush of customers. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're a crystal fanatic like myself!

This store is amazing and has an incredibly high vibration. I will undoubtedly be coming back to this store again. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the crystals are amazing. There are good prices and a very large selection of products.

This is literally one of the best stores in Calgary. They can be constantly busy, the staff are welcoming, the people that come in are just as amazing. They have thousands of products that can keep you there for HOURS. The staff also are quite knowledgeable, so don't hesitate to ask them any questions. I haven't had a single instance of any of my questions being moved to a Google search on their phone, but instead they walk you to the area and can have even more suggestions. I visit Earth Gems at least once every two weeks, if not more frequently. They've provided me with crystals that I use daily. Without them, my spiritual journey wouldn't be as advanced as it is now.

Huge huge selection! I always spend more than an hour in here deciding on that to buy. The rings they have are cool and loose gems.I bought the moonstone bracelet.Super friendly staff, will certainly come back again

No room to move even with a few number of people in the store. Overstock rammed under every table up to the ceiling. Just a really bad vibe. The entire point of a store like that is to create positive energy. The staff provides anything but positive energy. Seems like every 10 feet there's someone constantly glaring at you and ramming baskets in your face because they assume you're just going to fill your pockets if you don't have a basket? Not a relaxing atmosphere at all, terrible energy in this store. Won't be back.

Stopped by this shop in the last couple weeks. Just like other reviews, I agree that there is something so unwelcoming and off-putting while browsing the store. Not even a minute into my shopping experience, the older lady with the glasses and short hair shoved a basket in my face when I only wanted to look at the merchandise with my eyes. Immediately left the store because I felt pressured to buy. The glares from certain staff members, especially the lady with the glasses… not a pleasant feeling at all. I feel for all other customers who have felt discriminated against based on their skin colour or the way they look. I am guessing you need to be either a celebrity or dressed in all designer clothes if you don’t want to be followed or stared down by condescending staff. My message to the employees: stop treating human beings like thieves! How would you feel going to a grocery store and not even having a chance to look at the apples in peace??? Do better Earth Gems. Unprofessional customer service and unwelcoming environment deserves no stars.

Incredibly rude staff, unwelcoming energy, and overall a terrible experience. Years ago, this was my favourite rock shop. Now, even as someone who has shopped loyally for years, I am followed around, stared at, and treated like some kind of thief. A shame to see they’re operating with this attitude and treatment of customers. A very quick glance at other reviews proves that I am not the first to experience this, and I doubt I’ll be the last.

Often it gets busy in Earth Gems, if you manage to get in when it's quiet it's a fantastic place to shop. You'll find phenomenal staff and a great selection. Thanks!

Love this place. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but well worth it. Glad I got there when I did..got very busy and the line up went right up the stairs.Everything I've ever wanted or looked for has been here. Today it was Lava Rock and got a fantastic case and chain to go with.Staff are very helpful!<3
