Very nice people at Flying Cameras and made sure I got my Phantom 2 Vision + right away even though they were very busy,

I was having some issues with my Phantom and brought it into the store. Everyone was very friendly and they were able to fix my issue very quickly. I will definitely be going back when it is time to upgrade. It is nice to have some where so close by that actually cares about it's customers and spends the time with them.

This is the first review I have ever wrote as I find it is better to move forward but I can not bite my tongue on this. My experience from Flying Cameras was awful. I had my helicopter upgraded to the Hero 4 gimbal. When I went to the store I asked to speak to a technician as the person at the front desk did not know anything about the product. She told me that they were not in at the moment but they would be back in an hour. I then left the helicopter and returned to pick up the camera and hoped to speak to the technician. Once again there was no technicians to speak to. All the person at the front desk knew was that it was updated and ready to go.Randomly my second flight with new helicopter took off a 100ft in the air with no control and came down like a missile. (the drone was calibrated) 1st crash in a year. I swallowed the crash and brought the helicopter back to them. I specifically chose a time so I could speak to the technician and when I arrived the technicians had conveniently left for lunch and wouldn't be back for the next hour. When they knew I had to leave. To fix the damages was more than to buy a new Phantom 2 So now I am left upfront with three of the flying camera employees that don't know anything about there products and they are telling me I need new parts that I already own and without them my new helicopter won't work. They then sold me defective battery and battery charger and told me that they can not help and I need to send to DJI to deal with warranty.THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. consider yourself warned..

Sent a phantom in for repairs, got it back with a different battery than the one I sent it in with. The one I got back had a different serial number on it, and was quite worn. (The one I sent in was new and had been cycled only about 20 times) The battery doesn't hold charge at all and goes from 100% to charge to falling out of the sky in less than 60 seconds. I messaged them about it, and they replied with a quote on the price of a new battery.Customer service is hit and miss, they don't have a brick and mortar storefront, and they're incredibly difficult to get a response from. Credit where credit is due though, they did do a couple things right, but it took a lot of fighting to get them to do it. They did do the repairs under warranty at my insistance, but used recycled parts and kept my battery.

I bought a Phantom 2 about two months ago off Flying Cameras in Chilliwack and I really love the Phantom 2 but unfortunately it crashed due to an electrical failure causing extensive damage. I took it back to Flying Cameras and I explained what had happened and that this was an electrical failure and not due to pilot error or misuse. Right from the beginning they were distrusting and they tried to blame me rather than looking for the failure. When I continued to insist that this was caused by an electrical failure, she was rude and argumentative. In the end it cost me hundreds of dollars to fix my Phantom for what should have been covered under warranty. There’s a lot of good company’s out there selling DJI products that do stand behind their products, but sadly this wasn’t one of them. Shop around and go with one of the bigger companies that have established a good track record for customer service.

The store employee put me on hold for about 15 minutes then kept saying i dont understand what you talking about") my question was can i buy anything to make my phantom 3 controller work with the phantom 2 or other quads. I now found the answer online but i wish they were just a little more polite then I dont mind waiting however long on hold. I suggest they look into their customer relations skills."
