**update** We have been down this road before you and I. I'm not interested in any more excuses as to why you can't honor promotions or provide your customers with a decent car wash. You are well aware of the issues. Now go fix them and quit worrying about reviews!Took a 2 year break from this dump to be stuck yesterday and have to go and experience exactly why I stopped going here. Unable to honor promotions, horrible car wash, pitiful and unprofessional staff. Absolutely avoid this Shell at all costs!! I wish I could give zero stars.

Annoying in the evening when not just wanting to purchase gas! You have to tell the guy in the window what you want and they always seem to grab the wrong thing .. the frustration is more towards the customer in which can be very annoying.

Got trapped in the car wash and employees were not sufficiently trained to fix it - the car wash opened the exit door part way, then abruptly closed it before I could drive out. I tried driving slowly up to the door in case it was a motion sensor; it stayed closed. Called the gas station on my cell; employee had no idea how to open the car wash or shut it down to make it safe for me to try from inside (the status lights inside kept signalling that the wash cycle might start again, so I didn't get out of the car). Employee later told me there was a key he could have used from the outside, but another employee on a different shift had apparently lost it.

Their pumps never give you a receipt which is annoying when you purchased a car wash. Multiple times I’ve had to go inside, wait in a never ending line as the staff work at a glacier pace to get my wash code. Finally writing a review as the line today, had me going from next in the wash, to 7th… which as you know.. will take over an hour. So thanks for that, Shell.

DO NOT USE THERE CAR WASH, CAN SCRATCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!Went to car wash parked according to there instructions, soap spray started and suddenly banged on my car and shut down everything. The guy working there called his manager Jatin and the manager start laughing at me didn’t even listen me professionally said we will give you bucket and cup wash it we cannot do anything about it

Car wash card did not work. We have used it once before and have at least 9 washes left. My partner went into the shop and the worker just told him that card got cancelled. Took the staff a long time to figure out that he is giving us a free wash today. I got yelled by others waiting in the line behind me. Bad customer service. Poor machine. And I still have to figure out whats wrong with my card sometime later.

Don't EVER buy a Car Wash pass from Shell. I was convinced to buy one years ago for 500 bonus Air Miles. I thought great

Decided to wash my car with a tank of gas.End result - malfunctioning of the car wash in the middle of a wash cycle, half an hour of wasted time and car covered in soap for the day. Would not recommend or bring my business back.

So I am writing this review because on many occasions I have had issues with this Shell station and specifically the staff during the daytime. One occasion I prepaid for my fuel and ask for diesel v-power fuel. I have only had diesel vehicles for the past 7 years now. So I went out there found out that it was for gas not diesel so when I walk back in she argued with me that it was gas I asked for why I would ask for gas when I have Volkswagen cars and diesel trucks is beside me. So for today I prepaid for my fuel which is diesel and it's a smart car. So I found the pump was going extremely slow it did not turn off when the car was full it just pumped out all over the ground a good $0.20 worth. So when I went in to tell the same person that I've had issues with before the problem they looked very annoyed and angry and when they came out I said what am I going to do about my car and she told me to use the paper towel to clean my car. I looked at her and said I don't think so that's not going to clean my car properly I said I would like a car wash to my surprise she actually gave me the car wash but was rude about it the whole time through the whole process.

I asked for a refund on my car wash and counter staff could not refund it back onto my credit card. Gave me cash instead. Please properly train staff on POS machines.
