I felt this program was great. I had nausea in the beginning as I was told to expect but it went away and then I was able to work with my dietitian and was able to lose the weight I wanted to. I felt I had good support to help me along. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very supportive and informative and helped me do what I couldn't on my own. I was able to retrain my eating habits during the 6 months it was in and I'm maintaining my weight much better than before.

This was the worst experience of my life...i urge you to not waste your money!!!!It does not suppress or even reduce your appetite. I had the procedure done 6 months ago and for the first week I was vomiting and having stomach issues. Then the stomach issues percisted but the vometing stopped. Expect to have in comfort, gas, indigestion and it affects your energy level. What it did not do however is what it promisses which is to reduce your appetite. The co-ordinator Amanda" called me 3 times to check how everything was but disappeared after the first month. They had a 'So called nutritionist ' call me twice to tell me I should go on a diet and an eating plan as if I didn't have this procedure for the exact reason that I couldn't commit to a diet plan. If I could go on a diet then why would I be giving your clinic $7000???Overall I would call this robbery and I will write the the better practice commission to make these people stop taking advance of vulnerable people.Hope this help someone not get fooled as I did."

I paid for this program in September 2020. I tried to get a refund for 3 months, and had not received any form of communication in regards to my money. After all attempts I proceeded with my surgery in Feb 2021. I currently have lost 30 or more pounds however I have not spoken to anyone since my surgery. I'm currently passed the date of removal and no one has responding or attempted to contacted me about the next steps going forward...removing the balloon. I would not recommend this service, you pay 8000 dollars for nothing but to go through a private clinic. Save yourself the trouble go to your family doctor and pay 2500. Please do not use this service.

If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would for sure. Dont waste your money and your time . And dont put your health at risk with this clinic.This is new method of scamed the people .I had undergone a gastric balloon procedure with this clinic. They explaines that the procedure is surely safe, yet may be accompanied by two days of some vomiting and nausea that would lessen overtime. However, that same night I was taken to the ER due to extreme vomiting and shorthess of breath. There was blood in my vomit and an ECG was said to abnormal. The doctor in the ER stressed that I'd have the ballon removed immediately. I was given norcatic medication plus strong IV medication to control my vomiting, but it was merely impossigle. Dr.Cyriac didnt show until 2 days after my suffering in the hospital. Despite the absolute agony, he removed the balloon 2 days after. My money went to absolute waste.

This procedure is supposed to surpress your appetite thus make you eat less and lose weight. It has not done that. I have been on the program one month now and have not lost an ounce. Worse weight loss program I have been on. It's a waste of money.

Would recommend to anyone try to lose weight! Lost in total of 47 pounds! Amanda my nurse was amazing helping me through the 6 months! Awesome staff and facility.

This was the most horrible thing i have ever done. In 3 weeks i lost 32 lbs n it was horrific. I almost died. I called Amanda repeatedly for help n she didnt respond most if the time. I vomited all the time. I couldnt even keep water down. After the 1st week i begged to have it out. It took 2 weeks to get an app n by then i was so dehydrated i was grey. I could barely walk. Please do not do this. No matter what they say it is not worth your life. Feel free to contact me anytime and i can tell you more. A big waste of $7000. Im going to report this and im talking to a lawyer now.

My wife had the procedure done and the results were AMAZING. She lost over 50 pounds, without any irreversible procedures. The staff are very professional and informative, and help you maintain the weight you've lost. Keep it up!

This program does not work. I had the ballon placed and felt zero restriction. I asked repeatedly for help or suggestions, there was none. I would warn anyone considering this procedure not to spend the money. The office has a one size fits all approach which does not work or fit everyone. There were was no help or suggestions when I had no weight loss or results.
