Hamilton mountain location advertise their open on Sunday, I arrive on location and store is closed at 2pm, now good service especially when the mountain location is the only store out of the 3 in Hamilton that has the part I need, not a good way to conduct business, going to have to look for supplier that is open when advertised their open

Called today for parts the lady was extremely polite, asked me all the right questions about my car got me a very competitive price for all my brakes on my 2018 Kia Sorento and the service at the location was awesome! In and out within a few minutes highly recommend this place to anyone I'm already letting my friends know where to get their parts for their cars! P.s I ordered over phone and picked everything up curbside like 5 minutes after I called.

Used to be a great place for parts, I was hassled about having the box for warranty (this was never mentioned at time of sale) and the employee spoke down to me, and also did not have replacement parts in stock. Recommend using another parts store. You will be stuck with no vehicle if ordering here.
