Saved my bacon twice! The ownership of West end RV is top notch and they have great technicians. Had problems on two separate occasions and they were able to fix the issues the same day so that our vacation wasn't ruined. Always helpful and a great selection of supplies and parts. Very friendly service as well. If (when) I have problems in the future, I won't hesitate to go back.

This was the second time I have used Westend RV Repair to do work on my fifth wheel. Both times they were extremely professional, reasonably priced and easy to deal with. If you need any work done on your RV I would highly recommend!!

Called for awning and fantastic fan service and set up an appointment with Renee for the following week. Friendly and helpful on the call. Followed up with him again to give him our site location for Wilderness Village and Renee explained a technician would stop by on his return from Buck Lake. My wife waited by the trailer for the whole day. Didn't get a call from Renee to explain the tech wouldn't show and didn't get a follow up call to set another appointment. Not good customer service for sure.My apologies. I look forward to your call so we can get our awning replaced.

Absolutely fantastic service. I don't understand the one poor review here. We had the best experience with any RV dealer in the 40 years we've owned truck campers. On a big trip from California to Jasper, we had a leak into our truck camper. We called on a Friday afternoon and scheduled service for Saturday morning of the Labor Day weekend. New owners Rene and Carolyn were polite, thorough, and completely reasonable in their pricing. So good that we wish we could drive the 1500 miles to always take advantage of their expertise and service. So trust them and give them your business!

I went in for a quote to have my trailer siliconed after being professionally wrapped. I was told $300 and it came with a one year warranty, so I decided to move forward. I spoke to Rene on the phone and he seemed reasonable and fair. When I went to pick my trailer up, I was charged $566 and read right on my bill that the warranty covered only the silicone, and did not guarantee it wouldn’t leak. When I questioned the cost increase, I was treated rudely by an endogenous woman at the front desk who said “I knew this would happen”, and stormed out of the office. I paid the bill in full, which I wish I hadn’t but they had my trailer so I didn’t have much choice.I was told tape would be used and the finished product would look polished and clean. It was sloppy with finger smears and drips on the windows. In the days that followed I looked more closely and realized I could have done a better job myself and saved a lot of money. I called a few days later to talk to Rene directly to try and make it right, but he was unwilling to offer any solution, was extremely rude, took no responsibility, and then hung up on me.Take you business elsewhere, he’s a crook.

We called the RV repair shop in the morning and spoke to the owner, he answered the phone right away (unlike other shops). We are from ONTARIO driving through to Alaska and needed our water pump looked as it wasn’t working. They were very nice and were able to accommodate us the same day. Price is reasonable and the mechanic offered us some advise on other things for our trailer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you so much for helping us out!

The team at Westend RV went above and beyond with my RV repair experience. From ensuring my family and RV was safe after an awning emergency, to providing the insurance company the required information and ultimately the final repairs. I would highly recommend Westend RV. Thanks Westend Team !!!

Fantastic friendly service! We had brake trouble on our RV and René was able to get us in within an hour and Wyatt had our brakes fixed in 45 minutes!The cost was very fair and they even found us a lake to take our kids to while we waited.Thanks guys!

NEVER EVER take your Rv to westend Rv they are the absolute worst Company!!!!Renee is the rudest person who couldn't care less about the quality of his work. He only cares about how much money he can take from clients. He makes excuses for his awful workmanship by blaming the client. He destroyed my trailer and just made excuses and blamed me for his terrible.workmanship. I gave him the option to make it better and fix his mistakes and he refused and hung up.Do Not take any thing to this company unless you want your trailer destroyed!!!!!As you can see from the reply below they only want to blame the client instead of taking any responsibility for there work.They have the worst customer service ever!!!!
