D M Concrete

Started doing concrete as a job because I was in desperate need. At the time Dave took me in and I didn’t know anything about pouring and finishing. After a few hard months of working and getting in shape doing my best to keep up. I started to take pride in the work we we’re actually doing. Watching Dave doing concrete was sometimes painful, because of the job he expected from all of us, but after working for D.M. Concrete for 6 years I know how to do the job well and am proud to say that I poured over a million square feet of concrete with the best company that does the best work hands down. Finishing places like the Y.M.C.A. In Welland, The Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls and by far the largest and hardest job I’ve ever done Toronto’s water pollution control plant. All done by crane and bucket, sounds normal but when you can’t see the person controlling a huge bucket filled with about 2 meters of concrete that can easily kill us all. Thank you for teaching me such a valuable trade and all of the above is why I can say that D.M. are the best at what they do. A special thank you to Dave and Mike for picking me up every morning. I was living right beside a Tim Horton at the time but that was just a perk. Love you guys and I will never forget you.
