Bobby is a great person who is always helpful with any questions you have!! This is the only mechanic that I bring my cars to. Went in to change my winter tires being told it would be $70. My tires ended up being on very tight from previous services so they charged me an additional $80 for cutting off 4 lug nuts for the intense hard work and labour... Seemed like nice people but at the end of the day they're there to finesse you. Never going back.

I went to them to resolve my car's AC problem which is not working because of the heat, they told me we have to first diagnosed the problem and you have to pay the diagnosed fee I said okay, they've checked everything and diagnosed the problem then told me we'll fix it. we have to put some parts which will cost around $600 plus labour charge. I agreed and dropped my car. When I went to picked my car, my problem was not resolved at all and they told me you have to change the AC compressor and all I said you already diagnosed the problem before and told me that we will change the parts and it will be fixed now when I came to pickup the car you are saying the different thing. Al-though my problem was not resolved and they charged me $1300 for their service and parts. please be aware, its not recommended.

Came to this shop to have my car looked at, and the owner bobby basically said he forgot to schedule me in.. we had fully booked the appointment for today, then he says he has no BMW specialists on site.. waste of my time and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was on my way camping on a hot summer day. My A/C broke down on the way and of course every mechanic was closed. I called this shop because I was nearby and Bobby said to come by so he can have a look. He was so helpful, got our A/C working within minutes. When we went to pay him, he said no problem and didn't want to take payment. He saved our trip and now I'm thinking about changing my mechanic because of him. Thank you Bobby.

Started going here about 5 years ago and never looked back. Very professional and reliable service, always available to work on my vehicle once I make an appointment. Bobby always takes his time to explain the issue and advise on cheap parts vs more expensive parts. He will review each one with me and advise me on the best choice.Both Bobby and Dilbag and very genuine and honest guys. Not too many of these around... Hence, the reason I'm staying with them.
