Choice of cars was decent, and they were really clean. Location is really convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Like really! I forgot my phone in the car when I returned it because I was late for my train. I only realized at the train station that I didn't have my phone. They drove after me to bring back my phone! I will never forget that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had a worst car rental experience with this company….My friend and I rent a 7-year-old Mazda from this company to for a trip to a nearby small town. After about one hour of drive we stopped at a convenient store to buy some snacks, and when we come back the car wasn’t able to start anymore… As a result, we had to call the customer service and waited for 2 hours for the technician to come (it ended up being a battery issue as the technician said that the battery was way overdue and was supposed to be replaced years ago). We were worrying about the car’s safety so request a replacement. But the staff just said: “if you want a replacement, go drive yourself to the airport because we have no car here.” How are we supposed to drive to the airport if the car can’t start??? We also asked if we could get any compensation or credits since this accident totally ruined our trip plan, and the staff said “you’ve made prepayment so there is no way I can give you any refund or compensation “. We are like, excuse me? We made the prepayment because we trusted you, but now you are saying like it was our fault that we made the prepayment. When we wanted to argue more, the staff just rudely hang up the phone. I’ve never had such a bad customer experience before. I think there is a serious issue about the professional integrity of this company’s staff. So, if you don’t want to risk ruining your day because of an unchecked vehicle, and be offended by a bad customer service, stay away from this company!

The agent was pleasant, polite and very helpful. The process to get the keys and return them was fast. The car was in excellent condition and beyond expectations. Thank you.

It was super easy to make the reservation online and just go and pay when picking up the car. Good experience in general.

The worst customer experience and unprofessional.All cars given day of my rental the gas was empty - Avis Agent says low on staff don't have time to fill it up.Cars are not check , dirty , no gas and before service to ask what type car for your service but now its whatever key they find first.NO customer service at all -
