Definitely a hidden gem you should come and visit :)This place is a true classic and the owner Adam is a funny honest down to earth dude that treats everyone that comes through like an old friend. A very pleasant little shop. Came here for a magic prerelease tournament and found a much more tight knit community experience than I was used to at other stores. It has a homey atmosphere, making it feel more like you're playing in a room built for entertainment than a retail shop. The actual tournament and players, however, seem more adept and (dare I say) competitive than other shops, like they feel their own skill represents their community more than just themselves. It's not cut throat by any means, though. They still seem to aim to have fun.Come here for sealed events if you want to get better at the game. I didn't win a single game at Grey Haven's prerelease recent, then the next day went to a 45 person tournament at another shop and placed 6th overall. Part of that may have just been luck of the draw, but I have no doubt that part of it was also due to the coaching some of the players at Grey Haven provided me after handily defeating me.

Great staff, cool cards, great selection for if you are a card collector, trader or deck builder. Staff are very knowledgeable and know most about the store. The people who go to here are also very nice, and are just as knowledgeable. The atmosphere is mediocre. I would definitely recommend come here if you play card games.

This place is awesome and I hope it stays open forever. I'm not really a games person (I stop in for pokemon cards) but there are almost always people playing games here and I'm happy there is a nice community for people who are into that sort of thing. The owner (I think he's the owner) is very kind and accommodating, it's also clear that he is very passionate about what he does. I'm also glad there is more pokemon stuff in stock these days. Keep being awesome

The shop was super cool, the owner was a really chill dude. Super friendly, excited about all things nerdy, and made me feel really welcome. Plus I've never seen such a variety of intense-looking board games! Highly recommended.

It was a hike worthy of a Studio Ghibli film, but it was worth it. My husband left happy with what he told me were good cards, the owner was friendly and knowledgeable, and then there's Cloves. The bestest boy. Go for the games, stay for the dog. A nice place to stop while cruising around (or in our case, on unexpected hikes) in Whiterock.

Local games shop been around since before we moved here almost twenty years ago. Son wanted some info on Magic the Gathering and for $13 we got a starter pack, a big box of cards, and 2 free demo packs as well! Looks like a gathering spot for games nights too. Nice! Masks and social distancing all present and accounted for of course. Good experience :)

Bright. Comfy. Selection looks beautiful and curated for local customer base. Dog friendly, and sometimes contains the owners sweet welcoming animal. Shop is certainly entering its prime and has a great gaming community of local players.I wasn't a complete dolt, and I made sure to google the selection of items at the store before I swung by, but the hill is great exercise and I'm not a child, so the walk was lovely anyhow :)
