I saw the buy one get one free promotion and tried to buy them. When I paid, it didn’t show buy one get one free. I asked the staff, and she said I got the wrong item. So I went back to take a photo from the freezer and showed her. Then she went with me to the freezer. After the supervisor came and they found that the price tag was placed at the wrong shelve. The supervisor tried to explain but I felt that he was accusing me placing the tag on the package which I tried to buy. I am extremely upset with myself this, and felt that this is not a proper way to treat your customer.

Great selection of produce, meat and fish. Staff are friendly and helpful, informed, and generally professional. If you don't have a save-on-more card to obtain the discounts listed at the shelf, ask your cashier if they have one available for those without. The savings add up, so it is a good idea to get your own. There is abundant parking in the underground lot, but make sure you don't park in a space reserved for tenants of the apartment building above. Some of the spaces by pillars can be tight, so be careful of that

The new layout of the store is confusing & the cashiers are hidden way at the opposite of the entrance, nobody could see it or find it. Prices are really high like always & it’s a smaller store so not a wide selection. Parking spots are tiny & cars are parked really close to the others. I only went because it was conveniently close to where I live but from now on I’d rather go further to shop than go back there. Also I feel the security guard is racist because he was following me all around the store, & no I wasn’t imagining it because I am used to this in many stores. (I’m of Indigenous heritage). The cashier lady in the morning was very rude however I went back the next day to give it another chance however this cashier was even more rude, really abrupt & in a hurry. I wish I got the names but they were in such a hurry to usher me out. There’s a reason that so many reviews are complaining about the cashiers & customer service. They need to take a course in better people skills. I am always friendly & smiling so they had no reason to be like that. I’m a sensitive person so it was a very hurtful & awful experience & I’m never going back there again.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!Every time I come here I'm starred down the moment I walk in and followed by security the entire time I'm at the store for no reason. At the checkout he's literally just standing there watching. not to be materialistic but my bag costs more than his monthly salary so there's no.need for me to steal. I'm not coming back here againEdit: called a few days ago in the morning to inquire about something another store didn't have, female staff member was rude. Hung up the phone as soon as she could without saying anything. Definitely not going back

The original healthy eating store. If you want, they have lots of bulk products. Mostly healthy foods and ethical choices. Don’t show up at opening, because they are still stocking out the deli and the dairy. Otherwise a great place for fresh produce. They are super friendly folks working there. They always have seasonal treats like fiddle heads and scapes when they are in season. You know, you really should try them out if you’re in East Vancouver.

Compared to other stores, this one is smaller and more streamlined. If it's your first time here, finding parking can be challenging. possessed every aspect I was looking for. a wonderful variety of cakes.

There's nothing more fun than getting profiled and followed around by ironically a brown security guard with a curly beard. Especially when you're wearing a almost 10 thousand dollar outfit, my bag alone cost more than this guy makes in a month. Why would I need to steal from a grocery store? But from the moment I walked in this man followed me and my boyfriend around so blatantly obvious that it made me very uncomfortable. Followed us all the way to the checkout and just stood there. You're lucky it's 9pm and other stores close soon otherwise I would've dropped my cart and left. I will not be coming back here again

Cynthia and other staff have been wonderful in helping fulfill my online orders and contacting me when they have questions so I can maximize my Save on points.Yes, it's annoying that they don't always have stock of a large amount of items available online, but I'm grateful for replacements so I can hit my point bonus.

Super overpriced and now they don’t even give you the option to buy a paper bag if you forget a bag. $4 save one foods branded bag or nothing. Honestly? That’s kind of it for me and I’m done with this Save On. Will be shopping at small local shops from now on. At least at the same prices (and often cheaper) it goes to someone locally. That or Whole Foods because… it’s basically the same price as Save On nowadays! Ciao, Jim Pattison.

I am forced to give this low rating due to the use of the toilets, for the second time I arrive at the supermarket I ask to use the toilets and I receive a very simple answer that they are out of service, I think Save on food is a high-quality company level that must understand that customers often need these facilities to make purchases, it should not explain that an average person will buy more than $100.00 but that requires time, if I cannot use the toilets the most logical thing is to stop my purchases to get home, I think the employees should be more committed to this, on the other hand I have never seen the toilets in the Super Store are closed, they are aware that they are leaders and they cannot fail in that
