Since we came to Canada in 2009, we never ever thought about other Pediatric Dentist for my kids . We are very lucky to meet Dr. Schwann. My kids enjoy coming here. Dr. Schwann is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. Administrative staff also have a caring attitude. I will recommend this dental office to everyone without any hesitations.

Such a great team of experts that work so well with children. My kids are super timid at the dentist and the entire team has made their experience better, as well as mine. Patty really stood out to us with our latest cleaning visit. She was amazing with our son! So patient and creative in helping him relax to get the job done. Sandy is always a pleasure and you can tell she cares deeply about what she does.

My son has special needs and we tried to find a paediatric dentist who who make him feel safe. He did well with the hygiene appointments. He needed fillings and we were told to try sedation. This clinic sedated my son, then said he was too difficult and would cancel the exam, even with him full of medications. We tried 3 times with different medications as they kept saying my son was the problem. The dentist would not even give him a chance. She was rude, abrupt, and had no patience for him. He was unnecessarily medicated each time, we had to take time off work and him off school for nothing. My son is now traumatized due to how she treated him. Her negative standoff energy and approach to children is disgusting. They also are more expensive than most benefit plans so you always end up paying more. Do yourself a favour and do not go here.

The doctor and the people who do the work are still very nice, but the receptionist was very unpleasant. I had to reschedule my child's appointment, so I asked May I reschedule my child's appointment because we will not be able to go this day and time." When I asked to reschedule

Both me and my sister were all of a sudden this year told we have many cavities and require multiple sessions for cavities being filled along with sealing. My father switched us to a different dentist that took X-rays and indicated we have no cavities and recommended against the sealant.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter didn't have a good experience. While a lady was cleaning my daughters teeth, another kid in the adjacent chair was screaming and crying. The lady that was cleaning my daughters teeth, left her, then went to hold down the kids legs so they can work on him. He had 4 woman holding him down. My children were so traumatized to watch that. The staff are so rude and insist you stay back while they take your kids to the back. When the reception called to confirm an appointment I mentioned their past experience. The lady didn't care and said well just cancel! No empathy or support for families or kids here.

Do not take your children here!!! We took our two year old son here for a check up. They told us he had SIX CAVITIES and that they would have to SEDATE HIM TWICE! I said absolutely not and we went to a different dental office for a second opinion. Guess what?, he only had TWO MINIOR cavities that would require NO SEDATION and could be fixed using air abrasion. I cannot believe the racket this clinic is running.

My experience with the team has been amazing , i have been a client for over 5 years, the team is very patient and gentle with my son . I highly recommend for young kids and also special needs.

Dr. Schwann explained our sons procedure and everything was as we expected. She is kind and gentle with our kids and they both trust her. The day after surgery she even called us personally to see how our son was feeling, which made us feel very reassured that she truly cares about her patients. Our daughter who has some complex needs is very comfortable with Dr. Sandy, and she is no longer afraid of visiting the dentist.

I did not have a pleasant experience overall with this place while undergoing my now 8-years old girl dental treatment. for starters...Parking during cold weather is inconvenient(needing to go a next-door building to check-in and walking back and forth with the kids ). Secondly, This practice does not bill directly to the insurance. Lastly, the main issue while the Dentist has their diplomas and skills in one of my multiple appoitnmetns dentist accidentally wounded the gum of my daugther. she did not feel anything since she was under annestisia, but I saw lots of bloods. I did not feel good about this. Later at home I saw that dentist left a big cut in my daughters mouth and this made me feel angry. I sent them an email with pictures and detail info of what happened. but I did not receive a proper/sincere appology for this . I did not continue with treatment or follow-up care.
