Apps' Mill Nature Centre
This place is great. Its right off the 403, perfect for families or for a lovely walk with a friend. Lots to explore. Pretty little shallow creek. So many trails to follow. Easy walking. Just beautiful.

Went on a school trip and a family walk through. Beautiful wooded area with many trails. Animals in the nature center were interesting and fun to touch.

Choose your own adventure trails are very unorganized but I think that made it better we followed the river and it was a lovely walk if your thinking of fishing its single hook barbless. Great place for kids to explore even witnessed a family outdoors youtube channel making content.

Apps' Mill Nature Centre
I have been walking here since i was a kid in 3rd grade. It's a beautiful spot to walk and enjoy nature. It's free and usually during the week not crowded. On weekends especially in the fall it will be busy. So happy it's only minutes away to enjoy.

I visited Apps Mill today for my photoshoot with My Photography Co. - My boyfriend and I never knew this hidden gem was here!! We more than glad that we got to have a little taste of all the incredible beauty that this nature center holds!!

Very nice relaxing and great atmosphere to clear your mind and enjoy a nice nature walk through the woods and listening to the birds singing and the water running I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Apps' Mill Nature Centre
Went here because i heard it was a “secret gem” in brantford and it was fantastic, lots of trails that line a river.The fall colour on the leaves made it such a beautiful little hike. Perfect for place to explore, looking forward to checking out the other trails we didn’t go down.

Apps' Mill Nature Centre
Some trails following a small river or creek. We didn't see any trail markers. No trail map either. Might not be suitable for those who are without a sense of direction or a phone. Lots of erosion and trees across the trail. Not accessible. No washrooms. Parking is very limited. This would be a great place to bring kids as there were some spots perfect for playing.

Apps' Mill Nature Centre
Field trips - All great! How many school field trips have I gone on to this place? Several! Because it's absolutely AMAZING! We go here often as a family, and with friends. It's a very beautiful place. Very peaceful. Lots of 'love notes' on that old building down there. Isn't it illegal to do that...? Anyhow. I love this place. It's amazing.
