Very knowledgeable and helpful owner. Don't be deterred by the clutter of old vacuum cleaners and accessories piling up in the store: he surprised me by having hard-to-find carbon brushes for my 20yr old Sears Kenmore central canister vacuum unit. An he accepts credit card payments.

if negative stars are allowed I will give them -5. I took my brand new vacuum there. They did a terrible job. The vacuum case is still open and when I vacuum it doesn't have the power as it used to. The problem was just to replace a small plastic that was cracked. Don't go here if you appreciate your vacuum. What a horrible service.

So very fortunate to find this shop on Kingsway. I needed a vacuum for a small apartment and they had exactly what I was looking for. The staff person showed me a recently traded in vacuum from Air Stream. It's perfect and priced so fairly. $69.99 and I avoided all the big box stores and Amazon. Very much appreciate being able to buy 2nd hand quality from a local store. Super knowledgeable sales person. It was fun to talk vacuums!

I loved the museum aspect to the store. There are some real treasures in there including the owner who and his dad before him has run the store for 60 years.The service is terrific and if you bring your hose, he can fit any new/used extension with cleaning tools like the ones I purchased. When I got it home, they were the right sizes and I could get on with cleaning my deck.

I took one of my vaccuums to his shop and asked him how much a motor replacement was he told me it was $400 with labour and I took the same vacuum to the janitorial shop near Metrotown and he replaced my motor for $189 this guy is trying to rip you off be careful!!

Today was my second visit to this store. It has changed the ownership since my last visit a year ago, when the previous owner provided an excellent service. So, the owners have changed but the service is still exceptional!Daniel have put my old Hepa filter on my Kenmoore Canister vacuum cleaner back to place ( after it fell off) and gave me some good advice free of charge! I feel confident to recommend this store to my friends!Thank you so very much! I will be back if I need your help even before the time you recommended for the filter replacement!

Great store. Highly recommended. Daniel knows his stuff, he walked me through the whole industry with a spark in his eyes and helped me pick the right model for me. The price is cheaper than I found online as well. If you need a vacuum, or if you just like vacuums for some reason, check this store out, it’s great.
