Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible experience there. Booked a car at 8am for a 10am booking the same day with return the following day. Showed up at 10am, shop was closed and had to head to carpark. 6 groups queuing ahead of me, manager asked me to come 20mins later.Came back as requested and was informed they didn't have any car left for me. A person beside me was asked to come back in an hour....Expressed my strong discontent and was told off and there was nothing they could do. Asked where I could find another rental co and was told they didn't know (there are a few at the basement level of Brookfield place next to entreprise).Ended up booking with Hertz who were courteous and more importantly, had cars! Avis had some too.Suffice to say I won't use this company again

Ajay helped me with my rental reservation my insurance company had sent over after my vehicle was stolen . The rental was ready upon my scheduled arrival and was a swift stress free and enjoyable transaction.Ajay was very professional, helpful and offered me a great vehicle that was practically brand new - thank you so much !!

Excellent service by a representative named Alexander. I had a hard time looking for a vehicle at the time due to a shortage. But Alexander helped me get set up with a vehicle that was comfortable and to me lifestyle needs. Alexander has excellent customer service, is friendly and resourceful! Thank you again for your help!

Good service. Got a Brand new Chevrolet Malibu for a week. Requested for a day’s extension on call. Worked out quite well. Earlier, they called to pickup the car an evening before(originally scheduled for next morning). Helped us avoiding the rush during the long weekend(no extra charges for the early pickup).

Staff at both the counter (Jasbir) and parking were very amicable and helpful. The car was clean and well maintained. Competitive rates compared to other car rental shops. 100% recommended.

Very bad management. We reserved the car a couple of days ago with a pick-up time at 12:30PM but we were late because the place is hard to find. Instead, they made us wait 20 min to have a car because they sent all their cars to help the Airport Car Rental. They made us wait another 15 min because they are trying to fill up the gas. This is so unprofessional from their part and I wish I can give 0 star or even negative star.

Tidy little place. Friendly employees. Answered my questions patiently as a first time renter. Upgraded me to a higher class for free when they didn't have the class I paid for. Easy pickup and return experience overall. Have a Dropbox for after hours

Poor service. Called and made a reservation to walk to the shop and find out they have no cars available. Waste of time and energy. DO NOT use their service.

Helpful, friendly staff, great experience!Difficult to get in and out of the parkade, but that has nothing to do with Enterprise directly

Just terrible.They refused all of my cards for the deposit, even the one their website allowed me to prepay with in the first place.The employees weren't helpful either - they seemed unmotivated, not interested in helping us in any further way and just told us to call customer service then (and even gave us a wrong number to call). They were blaming the fault fully on us for using cards issued in Europe, while all cards were working at all other places visited in Canada yet - and they should be accepted at Alamo/Enterprise as well according to their T&C.Never booking through Alamo and especially this location here again. Ruined our trip, waiting on a Flixbus now and still fighting for a refund on the phone.
