Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Adam and Carl took care of us and were incredibly responsive. Coupled with a relatively good sized fleet and their flexible and reasonable one-way drop fee, Enterprise is a clear winner for one-way renters including those headed to YYZ. Generally, rates are not the best but nor are they the highest, and with the team and overall flexibility, this branch is a great one for us. We will be back and we really want to point out Adam and Carl’s great support.

Emily who works at the Huntsville enterprise was an absolute dream to work with. From picking up our first car with here to even, helping us exchange a faulty vehicle from another enterprise that was giving us a headache. She truly does care and does everything in her power to make sure you have the best experience possible, so 10/10 rating from Holly and Dakota!!

These guys are fantastic. Thanks especially to the manager for making an extra fuss today and helping me solve a problem quickly. I have been using their services a lot this winter and will continue to use and recommend them.I have been requiring a rental as my car has been in for several warranty issues. The Cars are always spotless and well kept mechanically.

Friendly, positive and helpful are words that immediately come to mind as I review our experience with Jessie Clark at Enterprise in Huntsville. Without appearing rushed she got a great deal accomplished for us in a short amount of time to meet our needs for a care rental over Christmas. I rented a car from for a few days. I was told the cost would be one thing, then my credit card was charged for 2 extra days. I dropped the car off on the Saturday which, closed at noon. I arrived moments before noon and no one was there and now I'm being charged for 2 extra days. I have been calling your establishment for 2 days with no answer. I have to rent a car again next week. This kind of service is terrible. Added to that when I arrived early to pick up my rental I waited 20 minutes at the front desk before someone finally came out and then was told to come back at noon. Absolutely horrible!

NEW MANAGEMENT- the new manager is the nicest car rental manager I’ve met, we got an excellent deal and a free upgrade to a luxury sedan. Extremely helpful and kind, safe to ignore all the older reviews.
