Intuitive Movement
Sylvannah Densmore was truly incredible and extremely professional! She took time to assess and understand my reasons for being there. Above and beyond in terms of skill and knowledge. Additionally, she showed me some simple stretching to do at home between appointments. She also was extremely accommodating with schedules - if she had a cancellation she would fit me in.I've had massages for years, but Sylvannah has been the best massage therapist I have seen and is certainly the best.

Kayla is one of the best health practitioners I’ve ever worked with. She is a clear communicator and willing to explain her diagnoses and treatments in a way that helps me understand my body better. She is incredibly driven to improve as a practitioner, and if I ever can’t book an appointment I know it’s because she’s busy with professional development. I really appreciate her dedication to helping me get back to doing the activities I love.

I began seeing Kayla since I was about 7/8 months in my postpartum journey with my second, and to say our sessions have been essential is an understatement. I have been going to see her monthly and now my entire family goes to her! Highly recommend!

Intuitive Movement has gained a most talented RMT in Sylvannah - prior to joining this team my husband and I were very fortunate to have experienced her services.
