The employee when I visited and all alone. I normal visit once a week. Please provide more employment at the store, even though the employee was very good but the wait time was too long. Your employee needs help! Please

Ordered a burrito bowl, nachos and a slice of cake. Cake was hard and stale and tasted like freezer. Nachos stuck to the paper and were soggy. Burrito had a really small amount of beans. Pretty much was like eating dry rice. Only good thing was the kapow shrimp. On top of that we waited for 10+ minutes to pay while our food was sitting out and getting cold. People behind us waited a long time for two churros as well.

Ordered through delivery app. Everything was packaged well. The burrito was delicious. The large wasn’t as big as I expected (I shared it with my significant other), but I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was. My first time ordering and I’ll definitely order again.
