Worst company to work with, I glad I came out from here, bhapa company, incompetent guards. I can see only 20 reviews because it is flop company.

Worst customer service!

I worked with them, and they didNot provide me neither ROR nor Employment letter.

The company is great but the supervisor Charlie Raveria is never their till from 8:15 and 0900/ He never dresses in uniform and because of his magerial skills he has had lots of employees quit and also people that train don't stay . Even Mathew that is one of the managers said he is trying to train him to have better leadership skill. I have heard him calling the night superviser at 10 am to get help with a problem that starts at 4. He has taken people off before the end of day and not checking to see if they are coming on still so we can do the job properly. His own words are guards should be happy that i give them hours and that i handle the complaints from management when they make mistakes. That is not a good supervisor. I would love to move somewhere else, if possible for days.

As previously working for this company, there is no organization in management what so ever, the supervisors are lazy and have no regard towards us regular guards. They bypass everything and try to convince us to do things that end up as a security breach on sites. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This company may go right to the top of worst security companies to say the least there is no management and the employees hires for work can't walk and talk or chew bubble gum at the same time.
