I'm obsessed. I can not go there for only 1 thing. They have literally everything. Staff is super helpful and friendly. If they don't know they find someone who does. I found some very unique plants for my garden. They have a loyalty program and prices are comparable to other places. This has become my go to plant store.

If you're looking for plants, trees, cedars or garden ornaments or planters they have a great selection. Their plants and trees are also of excellent quality. Good parking.

Amazing service and nice selection of faux floral. I showed up 15 mins before closing and had two lovely staff members help me select stems for a faux bouquet.

Wow just moved to Saanich and was suffering from “a sad feeling that there were no amazing Garden centres” - until Garden Works. oh my God - my new “ adult candy store” - i think i spent 3 hours there is afternoon. Great selection, knowledgeable staff ( Katherine), fair prices, healthy products and wide selection and beautiful presentation. Bravo

Always my 'go to' Garden Centre. I love that there are a variety of Organic Seeds and Vegetable starts available. The plants, shrubs, and trees have been great quality and have been lovely in my garden. Staff are knowledgeable and always helpful.

Beware of buying so called sale perennial plants in winter months while plants are dormant garden works terms them final sale you may well be buying dead plants. This company is sliding downhill fast on customer fairness. They instruct the individual locations to refuse returns or credit on sale plants in other words dont care if selling dead plants. Shame on you Gardenworks at one time a really fine chain of garden centers you dont deserve any ones business A very long time customer lost.Update three cheers going to Sam at Saanich location he was very fair in resolving my individual case your a good and honest man Sam.
