My Handyman of Ann Arbor, Saline, and Chelsea

We have had unfavorable service from different handyman" services in the past. However

Tristan evaluated our problematic sliding glass doors. Although he could not repair them (fixing them will require major work that will need to be scheduled in the future), he was professional and knowledgeable.

The technician, Mr. Dwight Kapuniai focuses on my Family safety and security. Extremely grateful for his service & repairing to our exterior door.Sincerely & thank you,Fernando ~

I was not told there was a $75 estimate cost until the handyman arrived. The appointment confirmation e-mail showed the fee down near the bottom. Which was pointed out to me by the handyman. My fault for not reading the e-mail completely. The 4 other estimates I received were free. The other estimates were between $1,100 and $1,350 for the same job. Handyman was over $5,000. I did not use them.

Installed 4x4 post for mailbox and came back the next day to mount the mailbox. The tech was professional and did a great job!

Jamie repaired my toilet. He explained what he did plus a good explanation of how it works. He also covered common things to watch for in the future.He was very thorough.I also appreciated My Handyman sending a photo of Jamie before he arrived.

Quite expensive but prompt and high quality work. My only issue with my experience was that they quoted me for two days of work and when they completed the job in only one day, there was no reduction in cost due to less labor being required than they had estimated. Very grateful they were able to complete the work so rapidly but felt a little unreasonable to pay a price that reflected two days of labor for only one day of work. This was especially irritating because there were components of the job that they couldn’t actually execute and I am going to have to put the finishing touches on the job myself. The work that was done was extremely high quality however.

We first contacted My Handyman to check an electrical line for a new electric stove we are purchasing and to see if the gas line for the old gas stove had shut off valves. Loren was our contact and he was extremely friendly, efficient and did his job well.He noted some dry wall cracks that we've had repaired repeatedly (and somewhat superficially). Loren said MY Handyman had an excellent Dry Wall person and referred us on the spot. Brad was the expert and let me assure you he was excellent and fastidious with his repair work. We couldn't be happier with both technicians and if they are examples of others from My Handyman you can rest assured your work will be well completed (although you will have to be prepared to pay what it costs to get excellent work completed.

I cannot begin to say how extremely satisfied I am with your service. Not only were they in time, extremely professional, polite and thorough, they made my life less complicated. They moved a slate pool table 500+ pounds up the basement steps and to a new location. Attitude was great. I can’t thank Loren and Dwight enoughI also liked the fact that you sent photos out as to who the technicians were that were coming outSo glad I found your company!!!!!

Mark is a hard worker! He did a great job on all the items on my list.
