AJ from APM arrived on time, was very informative and explained in detail what was happening with my 2005 furnace. He did not push me to purchase a new furnace, in fact, advised I might get up to 5 years more from it. He also explained available filters for my current furnace and new furnaces. I would highly recommend him.
