When I first called in I spoke with Dan to arrange for a quote on the joining wanted done. Dan was on the ball! He asked me to send pics of my staircase to give me a ballpark idea and followed up shortly after to see if I was interested in having someone out to measure for an exact quote. Everything was handled in a very timely and professional manner.We then went in to the shop to pick what we liked and needed to ask for out product in advanced to be stained and all of our questions were addressed and our needs were met.Tony and Terry ( who was also here for the quote and explained the whole process) just installed my new railing and did a fantastic job. They did everything I asked in terms of modifications, they were very careful to not damage the treads, cleaned up all the mess that was made and were very friendly and professional on site. The railing itself looks great and is very sturdy. As a realtor who prides herself on providing top notch referrals to my clients, I wouldn't hesitate at all to refer Alba Railings and their amazing staff! My stairs are not yet completely finished but I will add pics to this when they are done!!
