Troy was very helpful during my home inspection- walked me through all the details. The best thing I liked about him is that he was not rushing his job, explained all the required rationale what to do and why. And fast in delivering the report. Besides, he has good work ethics. Keep the good works.

I was having some allergies issues that led me to suspect of the air quality in my home. Troy assessed it and he gave very good tips in improving the air quality.I am very happy that I contacted him and I would definitely recommend him. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and the price range was more than fair. He was able to detect the main cause of the health issues (hidden mold) and give me other good recommendations.He suggested concrete measures to improve the air quality in my home, and I am sure that me and my family will have a healthier environment following his recommendations.

Called rival home inspection today for a lasft min home inspection before my tarion 1 year approaching in a few days. He let me me know he was booked up for the week. However he spent time with me explaining a bunch of valuable information about the tarion warranty process and explain important details that he didn't have to knowing that I probably would have to find someone else. Really genuine knowledgeable guy. Sad couldn't hire him. Least I could do is leave a review for the information provided over the phone.

Troy inspected my new townhouse for 30 Day Tarion, on Dec 23 2022 i am glad that i contacted him. He is a professional and expert in his work. He was super responsive when we asked for a quote for a home inspection for our one-year Tarion warranty report, detailing the process. He provided us with so many opportunities to ask questions prior to procuring his services. We really appreciated that all the information we would need to make a decision was available on his website (e.g., insurance, associations, etc). The day of the inspection, he messaged ahead of time to let us know he was on his way and was accommodating of our baby napping by starting with the exterior inspection.
