Dollarama

They have recently increased there prices and during that time all the stock was mixed up and didn’t match the cost. One particular item was in the wrong spot and the cashier did not honour the price. The manager dismissed this saying everything was out of order. This is unacceptable customer service.

Completely changed from what it was five months ago. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Dark haired shorter lady employee is quite rude, likes to yell at clients for no reason, if you reply loudly she tells you to calm down, so I told her I'm just speaking to you the way your talking to me, she didn't apologize but lowered her tone and attitude, then the skinny one although quiet makes fun with her (only kind collegue I've encountered in this store is the darkest skinned kind woman) about us asking they clean the self checkout prior to us being forced to use it as sadly there are no humans here running the cash, I look after seniors it's my right to have the area I'm forced to use cleaned before using it. Theres a quiet tall security guard in this store who indicates what type of area perhaps this store is located in, although I don't have an issue with that and he was also polite and kind. This is the rudest staffed Dollarama I have ever been in, as well as I hate being forced to use self checkout rather than cash, between my friend and I over $300 was spent, sadly... as I would have been happy giving that money to a different kind staffed store versus this one. My friend and I both agreed we will not be returning or encouraging others to shop here. Dollarama although many don't like the store in general, are a fantastic store in my opinion with often unique and awesome products and prices from around the world, sadly this was an extremely disappointing and rude customer service experience.

Nice staff but if Dollarama is telling me I have to use a self checkout, well then, I am done with Dollarama. Good bye. Stop trying to save a dime on people you are paying minimum wage! My buck stops here.

No social distancing, self serve only (at least when I went) and it feels really tight in there. The self serve option is very tight spot with very limited space to place things. Giving 3 stars because they were pretty well stocked on items.

Long line up's.they font think our time is valuable. 5here are always issues with staff and customers alike. I don't feel safe in that store. Too much riff Raff. Ignorant people. I will never go back.

Decent store, a bit crammed for my liking but overall solid

My first time visiting this location and I was pleasantly surprised. Very well stocked with all the usual Dollarama finds, but the best part was the 4 self-check out kiosks! This is the first time I've seen self-check out with no actual cashier in-store at a Dollarama. I was in and out very quickly, no long lines like you usually see at other Dollarama locations nearby.

Clean. Well stocked and organized. They have fish bowls at this location currently, something I haven't seen at other locations. Not to crowded. They have user friendly self serve cash registers for minimal contact during covid pandemic. Quick in and out.

This place needs more staff. All the old people can’t figure out the self checkouts and the line is always too long. The current staff try their best, but it’s a two person job to run the store.
