I would definitely recommend his services to anyone with Mold issues at home, as he provides great work with high level of professionalism.

I can’t say enough good about Colin . We were in desperate need of guidance/support as although we filed a damage claim with our Insurance it was taking a lot of time to get answers . We hired National mould independently. Colin/National Mould willingly drove outside their area of service to do an inspection/air quality test and provided a written report . He was so responsive and within less than a week we knew it was safe to be in our home and knew what needed to be done. The report written was in layman terms easy to understand. Colin walked us through the report and helped us gather quotes which we used as we worked through our insurance claim. Sadly the insurance company transferred our file to their own remediation company so we didn’t get the remediation done by National mold. When you go through insurance ut can take a long time. For us 8 months to get the work done. However the report that was provided by Colin /National mould helped us question /challenge our insurance company/their quotes/reports/recommendations. Highly recommend this company as they are so professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive and extremely helpful.

Colin and his team were amazing to deal with. Had two different jobs that needed to be done in my home. The first was mould removal in my attic and replacing my exhaust vent hose to the roof. The other was mould damage to my bathroom ceiling around my exhaust vent. Both jobs went seamlessly and the guys doing the job were very nice, professional and did great work. They went over what they were doing each day. All in all it was a couple hours each day for about a week but that was because they were working around my schedule and due to mud and paint having to dry. Any questions I had I would send by email and they were quick to respond with an answer. One time it was a question about 20 minutes after the first job and instead of replying he just popped back over to my house to have a look. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend and if I ever need work done again I will absolutely be contacting Colin.

Colin and his Team always arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The job site was left in very clean condition and they followed professional remediation protocols including chambering the room to maintain negative pressure. We were extremely impressed both with the process and the results.

After finding black mould in my basement I had three local companies come out to assess and provide a quote. As soon as he started walking me through the details, I knew we'd be going with Colin and his team.He was thorough and detailed in explaining his process and what we could expect. His quote was detailed and accurate and he provided us with a couple extra options depending on our budget.On the day when they came to perform the remediation, his team, (Travis and Alvin), were professional, quick and clean, and provided lots of feedback about what they found once they cut into the walls.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Colin and his team for any of your mould issues. Our job was small compared to some of the issues they've dealt with but he was always quick to respond and made us feel like a top priority.

They are on time, communicative by phone and text, followed their projected schedule to the T, and completely exceeded our expectations in terms of expertise and advice.From the first visit, Colin was extremely knowledgeable about our mould problem and what might have caused it. I believe it's because he was also trained as a home inspector, so he pointed out things that my husband and I didn't realize, like the fact that the back patio door was finished using indoor trim and hence was leaking into the basement and subfloor. He was crystal clear about the steps to take and how much it would cost, as well as how long it would take to remediate. I wish we had Colin with us when we first toured the house, prior to buying it!!They finished mould remediation as well as un-finishing our basement right on time, and with no additional costs.
