Matt Poytress of culligan is a great rep for Culligan. He really knows his stuff in regards to water hardness, needs of your home in regards to water. Etc. And never oversells. Highly recommend culligan if you hate the taste of SOAB water like me.

Issues with communication. Was told they would deliver water 3 times with no follow through. Called and cancelled with no apology or effort to make right.

Water is so much better and very reasonable price

Was curious about a RO water system for the house. Matt came over and went through the options. The entire experience from initial meeting, to install and everything in-between was top notch!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The water is so much better than tap water...

I phoned Culligan a few months ago to see if we could get some empty bottles from them to collect pop tabs in for a fundraiser that we are doing. They were glad to give us some, said we could take as many as we wanted, and if we needed more just to come back. Well, I went back. This time was a different story. The same girl told me this time that they could not sell them nor could they give them away. I reiterated to her that they had already given us some before and she did not recall that even though it was her that I dealt with. She said that this request would have to go through the manager. I left my name and number and asked if the manager could call me and I have not heard a peep to date.

Poor customer service and management

I went in to the culligan for the first time and was met by this young lady. I believe her name was Christina. She was so helpful and professional. She stood to speak to me so that she could focus on my questions and make sure I was helped without any distraction. I will most definitely be telling everyone I know about this lovely young lady and culligan.
