Wouldn't recommend this as an Fedex pick up location, the service was terrible, our items were roughly handled. The worker was confused as to why our address wasn't on the box...their address was, because it's a pick up location. Confusing.

terrible customer service - almost useless

Needs to throw out old stock. Have bought chocolate bars there that when I open at home I cannot eat because they are discolored and stale.....it takes chocolate bars a long time to do that so make sure to ask for receipt

FM staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, pick-up hours are not as stated on website -- for some reason you can't pick up parcels after 2100hrs : unfortunately I have to use this location as Purolater + FedEx pick up site because I'm a shift-working health care pro.Unorganized: staff always have difficulties locating my packages, asks me, is it a box? is it a bag?" Went in for pods, asked for one kind and was given another. When I went right back after noticing (just to get new pods did not go in with the intention of any refund, just a miscommunication) the guy was very rude, talked down to me, and told me to learn what I need. (I have had the same vape for 2 years, I know what it takes) A miscommunication between customer and merchant is understandable, but this interaction could have gone very differently.**Edit: as per the response from the owner, you can see they are a rude individual. Mistakes happen, and I do own the fact that I misheard, thus why I didn't ask for a refund. No need to get overly defensive, and start defaming someone. Also, all the packs look the same, so its an easy mistake when you're not paying attention. Best of wishes, friend!

Had to pick up a package that was shipped in a box a bit larger than what I could carry, was told we don't take boxes

I was hoping they were open a bit earlier this morning, I went there for my nic juice fix at 10 to 9, & was surprised to find they weren't open? Oh well, now I know when they do open.Thankfully, I was able to make it to Simatech on Douglas, and they had everything I needed, as usual, and they have a reward system there, were you can get a free bottle of nicotine juice for free, when you've built up enough points. I love free stuff.

A good local corner store. I called to ask for whip cream and he said he had it. Before I could get my shoes on he called me back and said sorry we are sold out" That's great follow up and I appreciate it."
