We were very impressed with Jim's knowledge and explanation of what was necessary to repair the foundation. We found he provided reasonable pricing and most of all he was reliable showing up when he said he would and finishing the job in just a few days. Pricing included resealing/waterproofing the wall and wrapping the wall in some kind of waterproof barrier membrane and putting the yard around the house back together and reinstalling the original walkway. We did ask Jim to expand our walkway and he had no issue with this and was very accommodating, the extra work was also given at a good price. He re seeded the lawn and made sure the site was clean and tidy before he left. We found his work exceptional and you can tell he knows his craft and he takes pride in his work, his assistant was also very hardworking and personable. We highly recommend him and if I need his service again I would not hesitate to call him or recommend him. Thank you Jim we truly appreciate your hardwork and honest reliable service that you provided. Note: I spray painted the window well and waterproof barrier just to blend it in with the stones and walkway better.

I needed siding installed with soffitt and fascia, gable vents replaced and aluminum trim repaired and replaced on the eaves. Jim and John did an excellent job on all. Showed up when they said they would and worked hard until finished. Jim gave me a very fair estimate and delivered. Very happy with the results and would recommend to anyone.

If you want a job done right, Jim is the guy to call. We've hired Jim's Property Management multiple times for various types of work, ranging from foundation repair, to a bathroom remodel, to installing new sliding doors. This past summer we hired Jim to build us a new deck, and we are extremely happy with the result (it looks beautiful). You can tell Jim cares about a job well done. We will definitely be using Jim for any other work we need done to our property going forward.

Waiting for a phone call back still

Hired Jim to put in a cupboard and OTR microwave. He was responsive and even when I failed to get the necessary materials to do the job ahead of time Jim managed to compensate and complete the job without any issue. I've already asked him to do more work for me and will likely make use of him for years to come. Guy knows his stuff and can handle curveballs. Would recommend.

I hate to give Jim just 3 Stars ! He and his helper did an excellent job repairing a crack in our foundation. He was suppose to also repair a crack in the door sill which he had missed . After he was paid and left the site I called and reminded him. He said he remembered and would return in the next couple of days and finish the job. I even offered to do it to save him the trip if he would just give me the material if I picked it up. He said he would rather do it. That was over a month ago and for some reason he never return my calls asking for a date ?I have researched and bought the supplies and done it myself. It’s a pity as we were super happy with his service and his knowledge . I would recommend him but as with all contractors have a good look before you pay.

I highly recommend Jim's Property Management. This past fall we asked Jim to come in and fix a sinking foundation at our cottage as well as build a deck. Ours floors are now solid as ever and our deck will be our favourite place to relax for years to come.Jim is very personable and explained in detail what the jobs would entail and was honest about his timeline of when he could tackle the projects as well as how long they would take to finish (of which he was true to his word). They raised our cottage, installed new solid beams and all areas were cleaned up.My family and I are very pleased with the quality of work that Jim and his crew provided, they have relieved a major stress issue in fixing the foundation and have increased our happiness with the addition of a great deck.We look forward to having some more work done by Jim again this summer.
