My wife and I had a great experience using Nav to find our first Condo. Initially we were using a different realtor who was not very responsive so we decided to look on our own at units on kiiji, that's were we ran in to Nav. Within 2 weeks he helped us find the right unit for us. He showed us over 13 viewings in a very short time. He is professional, friendly and very flexible & accommodating to last minute requests. He is also exceptionally responsive and will respond back very promptly. He knows the market very well and will haggle for you to try and bring the price down (which he did for us).
