I am so glad that I made an appointment with this business. I had a man named Peter come out he was on time texted me two hours before coming to confirm I love the promptness. He was friendly yet professional any questions I had he had an answer for, also very well mannered!I feel so much better now that my Furnace and vents are clean for me and my family. Thank you again Peter for coming out and helping us!

Our first interaction wasn't great with Igloo HVAC as they didn't show up or call, and when we called they said they couldn't reach their worker but would call back later (this was around 1pm). They called late the next day to try to reschedule. We shouldn't have bothered, but I trusted the good reviews here.The actual service seemed sloppy and slapdash. Dust and debris was blown into nearly every room. The dryer vent cleaning we did left a pile of debris outside the house (hard to see among the rocks in my picture, but it's a mess that I hope the wind will slowly clean up). Between the missed appointment, slow communication, and poor clean up that would have been a 3.5/5.But I'm going for a 2/5 because worst of all the technician didn't properly re-install the damper door on our furnace (a Lennox Whisper Heat). I figured out there is a safety switch to tell the furnace the door is securely fastened (see the other picture) - without which the motor won't engage for heat. However the thermostat thought it should, so we ended up with a funky smell in my daughter's room (from what I imagine was gas) until I re-fit the door correctly and the motor started. Properly re-installing the door would have prevented this, or if the technician bothered to double check that the furnace heated properly afterwards. I had turned the furnace onto cool before this, so the smell wasn't settling dust from the cleaning - it was only with the heat setting and only until the door was fixed. We didn't notice until it tried to kick in at night, and thank goodness we were home.But again, haste seemed like the name of the game. Maybe if the company took a bit more time between appointments (they arrived a few minutes past the very end of the time window they had given us), paid more attention to detail, or did any kind of secondary checks I'd ever consider using them again. But I won't.In addition the actual invoice was to Squeaky Clean Duct Cleaning" and listed an entirely different street address. Not sure if they renamed their company (maybe to get fresh reviews?) or what

Great service well worth the money spent Landon did a stand up job would recommend to everyone. Great person GREAT COMPANY

Peter is awesome!! He explained what he was doing and found an issue that could have cost us lots in repairs. I would highly recommend this company as they provide excellent service at excellent prices

Excellent service from Igloo HVAC! We hired them for furnace installation, vent and duct cleaning. They had a team of 3 who were diligent, friendly and on time. (I have to also add a commendation for the team being patient enough to put up with all the questions from my kids).Their price was excellent. We had sourced furnace costs from 4 other furnace/heating/cooling companies who told us their prices just went up" by $1k-$2k within 8 months of the same year (2020)! Igloo HVAC beat every other price

The work these guys do is amazing and I highly recommend them! I've called on igloo HVAC 3 times now and they've haven't disappointed me yet. The crew make the process of dealing with all hvac related issues such a breeze! Setting up an appointment with them is super easy. You can call, text or email and you'll get all the support you need to set up an appointment and get the help you need.Today, I had Peter come down for a furnace and duct cleaning. I showed him around a little and he informed me of the process as well as what he would be doing. He answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I left him to do his job and he was done within the hour. Peter luckily pointed out that our filters were not on correctly and it could damage the furnace by making it difficult to pull air. Thankfully, he noticed and we changed it right away. He was great around our pup as well. She's usually scared of everyone but was fine with Peter.My wife, pup and I could not be happier. Thanks again.

Had Landon come by to perform the manufacturer recall installation. He called the morning of to let me know of his impending arrival that day and another call when he was on his way.The installation was quick and he seem very knowledgeable and skillful with the tools.An issue arose after the a/c recall installation which was quite nerve wracking - it impacted my furnace prevented it from running just before the cold spell.Didn’t clue in the issue initially so had another contractor come to troubleshoot the issue but to no avail.Texted Landon but no response. But called him and he instantly answered. Explained the situation to him and he mentioned to come back in the next 2 hours after his 2 scheduled service visits.Just over an hour, got a call from him and he was on his way. 20 minutes later he arrived to troubleshoot the issue. Within minutes he figured out the issue and resolved it in 5 minutes.We were able to have a functioning furnace and warm house again in time before the cold snap.It is great to have contractors that takes accountability in the work they do. Landon is definitely one of them.

Landon and his crew did a wonderful job installing an exterior AC unit for our home. His pricing was fair and he was very responsive, communicative and professional throughout the process. The installation itself is unbelievably clean from the placement of the AC unit to the positioning of pipes and electrical, very clean entry into the home and the ventilation ducts. Well done! Would recommend.

Landon is amazing he's knowledgeable, professional, very affordable, and proficient. Hes also reliable and you don't worry about furnace issues as much. Because you can trust him. He explains what he's doing and makes sure you're happy in the end.Would definetely recommend him to anyone.

Landon is fantastic. I can't give enough praise and would highly recommend to anyone. Not only does he have  great rates. But he is also very friendly, punctual, and reliable. I've had to use his services 3 times now. For my fireplace and for my furnace twice. He pops in, does the fix and explains what he's doing and will show you what you need to know to keep your appliance operating.10/10 would recommend!
