I wish I could 1 star!!! Terrible customer service.. Placed a pick up 20 mins ago get served with fresh food. Once I arrived on place I was notified it will take another 20 for fresh chicken. No sorry no apologies .. anyways I’m not give you guys my business again

Don’t waste your time coming at this location. Seems like no one here knows how to manage this restaurant. It’s not hard to drop products especially and dinner time, every order is you have to wait. Never buying from this location anymore, there’s always a line up and the customer service is very poor. There’s no apologies either from the staff.

Ordering wings and chicken. Wings were good and fresh, but chicken was old and rubbery like it had been sitting since lunch, couldn't eat it. Please don't serve your customers this.

I was there on Tuesday night at 6:30 pm. Girl at cash told me they don’t have spicy chicken. I asked how long is the wait. She goes we are not cooking spicy chicken tonight as we are not busy. Also, the regular chicken store was serving was on a tray on the counter ( like the store is closing soon and getting cold as not under heat lamp )I asked the cashier it’s only 6:30 are you guys closing soon. She goes no we will close at midnight. Unacceptable Popeyes. can’t do that. Wake up guys you are loosing business. I saw 3 customers walking out as there was no spicy chicken. I hope this is a wake up call for you guys .

Love this place the employees were very nice and polite, they gave the children stickers and apple pie as a gift. The food was amazing hot, and the chicken was very juicy from the inside. The children really enjoyed the fries and chicken. The environment was very peaceful and quiet so we enjoyed eating our food in the restaurant peacefully.

My name is Dave I made an Uber eats order today around 3pm. I made an order wanting a 5 wings combo. I only got 1 actual wing with the rest being tiny little chickens. Last time I ordered in the past they just gave me 5 tiny chickens. This lets me know they’re doing this on purpose. They are trying to finesse people that orders through Uber. I don’t believe they’d have done this if I went in person. This makes me never wanna buy from them again!!!! This is not okay. I am furious. Only 1 actual wing was given that’s it!!!

Overall experience was good. Taste and quality was consistent with other locations. Service was a little slow, they seemed understaffed for a Friday night. Regardless, it was a nice cheat meal.

ordered food through uber. THE WORST PART was we ordered a fish sandwich for a person who doesn’t eat meat and instead of cancelling the order, they gave us a chicken sandwich, making the assumption that this was the way to go!! they kept saying they called us to inform about this switch, but we never received any calls or messages about this! also, they didn’t include the fries, chicken nuggets, and two dipping sauces that we ordered. when we called the store, they said “oh we need to look at the cameras” instead of taking ownership of making a mistake, which would’ve made this situation at least a bit better. they hung up on us twice, making us have to call the store 3 times!! we’ve come to this location so many times over the years and the service has just become worse with each visit! one of the people who answered the phone did not listen to my question and kept repeating information about items we didn’t order. the manager Jibin (name provided during call) was not helpful at all!!! very poor service!!

Food was good I love Popeyes but the fries were a little soggy. The portion seems smaller here unless it has change? I usually go to only locations in Ajax which have better quality
