The Love Barn
Had an amazing time at this venue. Friendly and courteous service from the staff, and the venue itself is beautiful. An incredible setting for special events.

The Love Barn
I was a guest at a wedding at the Love Barn. When I arrived, I was met in the parking lot by a female who asked if I was there for the wedding. I said I was and asked where the accessible parking was located. She pointed up the hill and told me the ceremony was going to take place there and if I wanted to take the other road up to behind the barn, I could drop off my partner but had to bring my car back down to parking lot. I was driving. I also have accessibility issues. The placard belongs to me. I felt she was very condescending and made no effort to rectify the issue. So, in the end we both had to walk up a gravel walkway to the top of the hill. We actually stopped part way to rest our affected joints.I also found that during the reception there was no sign of any employee at any time during the reception to ask any questions of or to get assistance from.I found it was very unprofessional for a business owner to treat anyone using their facilities in that way.The location and building has so much potential, but only with the proper people running it.

An absolutely beautiful venue with incredible staff. This is their first summer as a wedding venue and I can only imagine how much more great it will grow to be in years to come. The venue is charming with a perfect set up for an outdoor ceremony and the rustic feel makes it a dreamy location to tie the knot. We had a blast and we saw first hand how helpful the staff and owners were with the bride and groom to make sure everything was in place for their special day.

I reccomend nothing. it is a beautiful location but the management is horrible and unprofessional. don't expect a quick reply back from them, and even when they do reply they never answer all questions asked. they take roughly 2 weeks to a month to reply (even when it is the week of or even day before the wedding). also don't expect any accommodations if you have mobility issues. we had multiple guests at our wedding with mobility issues, initially we were told they could park near the venue, but when they arrived they were met by Dominique (the coordinator) telling them they had to park at the bottom of the hill and walk up. completely unprofessional, lackadaisical with their replies. also we were told we'd have the entire grounds to ourselves, but there were many strangers walking around and interrupting our wedding and photos afterwards.

Beautiful, but horrible to deal with. The event coordinator was incredibly challenging and not accommodating. She did not provide a phone number for communications, but also did not respond to emails or facebook messages in a timely manner(usually 2 weeks to 1 month or more), and sometimes not at all. There was little to no effort put in when providing the bride and groom with the information they needed to plan their day accordingly. Would not recommend to anyone who wants a venue that is run by people who are easy to communicate with.

Huge miss for The Love Barn in Memramcook. Our daughter and her husband booked the venue over a year ago. The venue manager/operator gave them a catalogue of available items to pick from. Two weeks before the event she told the couple that one item they had picked is not available because no one else wanted it. Her only means of communication was email which she was extremely slow responding to, often not even answering their questions. It wasn’t until the day before the event that she reached out to discuss seating, despite repeated emails from the bride to do so. I had specifically asked about accessibility parking as we have a few attendees who need this. I was assured that they could park beside the barn. However, on the day of the event, they were insisting that no one park there. In fact, one guest attempted to park there and was told to just drop the person off and go down the hill to park. When she was told it was the driver who needed it, they still would not allow them to park there. All this, even though I had asked if they would be permitted to do so. On the day of the event, she set up the wrong number of tables. It was all just so disorganized, unprofessional and lacking in communication.

I was there for a wedding and it is such a charming venue. The barn itself is beautifully set up and there is plenty of outdoor space for a beautiful ceremony. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful with the bride and groom but also with the guests. I would 100% recommend this venue.

The Love Barn
Major disappointment. It’s really a shame, because this venue has so much potential. The staff are completely unprofessional and take weeks or months to reply to e-mails once they have your first payment, and when they do reply to e-mails they don’t actually answer your questions. We had made sure well in advance that there would be accessible parking for my disabled guests. We were told these guests would be able to park up the hill rather than at the bottom. When we arrived, we were told we could not park near the barn anymore, even though we had been assured this would not happen. Many of my guests who arrived early noted that Dominique has an “attitude problem” and that they were surprised to be spoken to the way they were. I was not given a phone number to contact Dominique until the morning of my wedding, which was too late as we were busy getting married that day. We had many issues once we arrived and Dominique was nowhere to be found. There were many items in our contract that were not available come our wedding day (correct amount of tables was not set up, there was no backdrop for our head table, we had no arch, the speaker did not work at the ceremony, the list goes on). We were also not made aware that their new bar would be open and strangers would have access to our ceremony and reception. People were walking into our pictures and coming into the barn, and no employees were there to stop them. When my husband left a review on their Facebook page in hopes that they would apologize at the very least, The Love Barn then blocked him, myself, my maid of honour, and my mother from viewing their page. Decorations that we had picked months in advance were suddenly unavailable just weeks before the wedding, with no apologies. If it weren’t for my family and friends and my amazing photographer, my wedding day would have been completely ruined by the venues many issues. Unless they sell the place or hire new employees and change the way they run the place entirely, I would never recommend this venue.
