Had to unexpectedly tow a car on a Saturday across the GTA and could not have been happier to have gone with this company. I called up several other companies who gave high rates + were rude. The guy who answered the call (sorry I forgot your name!) was polite, gave realistic timeframes, and a reasonable rate. Mike, the driver, was extremely professional, apologized that he was late, took care of our car with respect. Highly recommend this team if you need a tow.

Terrible customer service. Was just asking about my car that I couldnt find and was given attitude and an unwillingness to help or care about our situation over the phone. Stay away!
